Henry Cavill Talks Two-Part BATMAN v SUPERMAN And Topping THE AVENGERS

So, is there any truth to the report that we'll be getting a two-part Batman v Superman movie this year and in 2016? Star Henry Cavill has weighed in one the rumor, shares his thoughts on Ben Affleck's Batman, and whether or not the movie will top Marvel's The Avengers...

Henry Cavill is present at a BAFTA party in Los Angeles, and Variety reporter Ramin Setoodeh has sent out some Tweets following his chat with the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice star. First off all, consider those Batman v Superman: Enter The Knight rumours 100% debunked as the British actor has confirmed what we all already knew deep down; the movie isn't being split into two.

There are also comments below about how Cavill feels about seeing Ben Affleck bring the Caped Crusader to the big screen and sheds some light on just how brutal the fight scenes between the two got. He also diplomatically shares his thoughts on the chances of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice topping The Avengers. Stay tuned to CBM as we'll hopefully hear more from the actor soon!

So many people are quick to say WB won't have a "formula" like Marvel has with their movies. In all fairness, we haven't seen enough of the DCCU to make this judgement. I do hope it's more spontaneous, but alas all movies in the business fall to the "formula." Everything is dictated by the almighty dollar sign.

It's fine to revisit Avengers but man, some people expect so much from the first of it's kind. You all wanted a Godfather within what was already a difficult task.

Exactly, BvS will top Avengers with ease. But Ultron is the one to look out for now and civil war as well. Concept and story wise it will be a far better film. That's just me
