Some more photos from the set of CBS' upcoming Supergirl pilot have surfaced, and they give us our best look yet at the beautiful Melissa Benoist in her nerdy persona of Kara Danvers.

Thanks to the @supergirlmb Twitter account, we have some new photos from the set of Supergirl featuring star Melissa Benoist as Kara Danvers. Like her cousin, she will be using a pair of glasses to conceal her identity by the looks of it. The cast of Supergirl also includes Mehcad Brooks (Jimmy Olsen), Calista Flockhart (Cat Grant), Chyler Leigh (Alexandra “Alex” Danvers), David Harewood (Hank Henshaw), Faran Tahir (The Commander), Malina Weissman (Young Kara), Dean Cain and Helen Slater. UPDATE: Thanks to Melissa Benoist Online (via Kryptonsite), we now have a first look at Mehcad Brooks as Jimmy Olsen. He, er, sure looks different to his comic book counterpart! Thoughts?
