Season four of Arrow won't be up to much if it doesn't feature an appearance from The Arrow, and in a Q&A with fans today, star Stephen Amell appeared to offer up at least a hint at what will bring Oliver Queen back to Starling City in the season premiere this Fall. When we last saw Thea Queen, she had taken Arsenal's costume and become a hero - Speedy - in her own right. Presumably, she will have been watching over the city since her brother's departure, but has run into trouble.

Executive producer and writer Marc Guggenheim has also been teasing season four of Arrow after he Tweeted out a look at the premiere's script. As you can see, it reveals who will be directing the episode as well as those responsible for writing it. That's a great creative team, don't you think?
