Janet deserved a movie. Not Pym or Scott. She is undoubtedly a better character than both of them combined and has had more appearances in comics than both of them combined. I hate using the word sexist, but that's the only word that comes to mind when thinking of the reasons they choose to do Pym and Hank and exclude Janet altogether. She deserves better than an nod to a possibility of her being in future films.

With a Janet movie you could have tackled the domestic abuse, her relationship with Paladin, her interactions with the Avengers which for me as a comic fan is a must. The lack of people complaining about that just goes to show how many Marvel studio dick riders there are on this site. Because again, everyone bitches about X-Men:Apocalypse and mainly Fantastic 4 for changing characters so drastically. Well where are those supposed comic fans to stick up for Janet and Hanks' correct portrayal on screen?

we'll see if it's good. Still Marvel will have to change their formula a bit. Maybe they already doing it, who knows. Black Panther, Doctor Strange, CA:CW.
I think after DC starts to expand their universe (which is more serious universe, their movies could be similar to Netflix Daredevil series) Marvel could be in trouble.
People won't be looking in cinemas for only light-hearted, comedy - action movies. They might want something more serious and dramatic.
When average Marvel moviegoers will start getting tired of formula, DC might take the first place. They still have time (DCMU is just warming up) before they reach that Marvel point when there won't be many ideas left, so they can sit on the throne even for a couple of years.
Also it's worth mentioning that Fox is also stepping up the game by hearing the demands of the X-Men fans by inviting comic book costumes to the party
(although they [frick]ed up Doom look in the new movie)

they could once DC will start to fully explore their movie universe. That's all i'm saying. There can be only one comic book movie box office king.

Good to know you are in everyone's head!

Can DC do it without introducing Batman into every feature? Didn't think so

i know that Marvel sign can atract many average moviegoers but that doesn't mean they are always happy with what they are getting. They might get tired and focus more on DC or Fox characters.

DC's movies post Nolan won't be similar to Marvels Daredevil on Netflix. That's wishful thinking.

I dont think so because Marvel dont have an unique Formula, have the same structure fomula, but every phase they allow or opens more "pandora" box inside the Superhero genre, while DC is only getting this Dark, real and gritty films (i am a fan of that too)

Marvel first present in phase 1 the comic book characters i movies that follow the comics,

in phase 2 they begin to experiment with mixing genres (every one of the phase 2 movie have a movie; light comedy, sci-fi bullshit, space opera, spy thriller, heist film) and begin to also leave more freadom (every one of the phase 2 movies use characters from the comics but are more free in how they uses them [while in pahse 1 this dont happen])

And now in phase 3 is time of exploring new worlds, Dr. Strange, Black Panther, Guardians of the Galaxy 2, Captain Marvel, Spiderman, Thor Ragnarock, Inhumans, all will explore a new world inside the comics, Guardians and Captain Marvel the space one, Dr. Strange and Thor 3 the "magic" (style marvel) world, Spiderman and Black Panther the human world and Inhumans open a new wondow.

All you offer is "Ifs" while completely relying on Batman. Keep hating on the MCU!

You do get repetitive btw, as a usual bystander.

But yes the people will get tyred of this type of movie soon or later, if they dont begin to make masterpieces with good CGI and Marvel respect to characters, that dont mean the false DC master pierce touch (they believe, dark, gritty and real is equal to good but that is false) I think Ant Man could have been the first Marvel good movie or real good movie, because it would not need a villain, every one is a villain in some sense and for me that is good really good.
