DC's LEGENDS OF TOMORROW Casts TARZAN Star As 'Vandal Savage'

We found out earlier this year that Vandal Savage will be the lead villain in DC's Legends of Tomorrow, and The CW has now found a very impressive actor to fill the role. As well as new details on the character, we also have news on where he'll first appear. Check it out!

The name may not be familiar, but there's no denying that Danish actor Casper Crump certainly looks the part of the villainous Vandal Savage! He starred in the original version of The Killing and will be seen next year in David Yates' live-action Tarzan reboot. His take on this iconic DC Comics bad guy is described as, "immortal, having spent the past 6,000 years moving like a virulent disease through history, whispering in the ears of despots and dictators, all leading to his eventual domination of the world." Crump will first be seen in the role in the crossover episodes of Arrow and The Flash, before continuing onto DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. What do you think?

This isn't the first big piece of DC TV casting news we've had this week of course. DC's Legends of Tomorrow recently found a Hakwman, while Supergirl has managed to find a Lucy Lane as well.
