Um, remember how they CGI'ed Chris Evans face onto the body of a different actor in Captain America and it looked okay? Could they please do this in the Avengers as well? Cap looks TERRIBLE. I am already laughing at the sight of these three walking towards the camera in slow motion.

This is the first pic of Hawkeye i've seen where he does not look badass. Mostly because of that dumbass look on his face. He looks like one of those Team America dummies. Widow continues to be way less hot than her iron Man 2 self. She IS Agent Skully and also sporting a tard expression. Cap looks cool save for the ongoing problem of the awkward helmet.

I THINK THEY SHOULD(IN THE CAP SEQUEL) INVEST IN CREATING A MORE FORM FITTING SUIT LACED WITH WOVEN VIBRANIUM..LIKE THE BLACK PANTHER'S OUTFIT..LIGHTER, BULLETPROOF AND YOU CAN DO WITHOUT THE CUMBERSOME LOOKING HELMET, HONESTLY IT'S THE ONE THING EVERYONE HAS HAD A GRIPE ABOUT, HOPEFULLY SOME STUDIO HEAD SEES THE GRIPING AND DOES SOMETHING..BUT I'M GUESSING THIS JOSS CAP SUIT LOOKS GOOD IN ACTION...I THINK?..

Oh dear, I could have happily lived without ever seeing that photo.

Really tempted to just avoid this site like the plague until after April 27th. Don't want to risk anything spoiling my anticipation for this event.

I think they can improve on Cap's helmet, but he still looks awesome. So many bleeding vag's on this site.

Cap's costume litterally sucks balls, i've never seen one good still of it yet. what was whedon thinking when he ok'ed that? guess they'll redo it for the next Cap film but he should have the dogs balls for this one really!

Cap's suit is awesome. The helmet? Not so much. Prolly the reason we see him without it a lot in the images. Pahah!!!

I myself dont see anything really THAT wrong with Cap's costume. Yes the helmet is a little off n makes his head look huge, but i remember seeing some stills where he appears to have a hood hanging out of his collar, you can still see a hint of it in the image above. Maybe the helmet is optional, and under it is the hood we have seen in promo art. Just a thought lol

And i dont think Black Widow can look any uglier....wtf happened to her sexy iron man 2 look...the short hair and slightly dumbed down costume isnt sitting well with me...heres to hoping that iron man and hulk will save this movie from looking like a total douch festival

C'mon, I think they're CG reducing his helmet. Doesn't look like that in the trailers.

@Fogs: I'm with you man; his helm looks different damn near everytime I see it in a new photo. Second pic doesn't look bad at all. And it's nowhere near that bulky in the trailer. I can live with it though, because I have a feeling Whedon will bring it into play somehow. We've already seen Cap battle damaged in some shots, so it'd be awesome if it gets blown off or something.

I still dig the brightly colored Cap; if they darkened him too much it'd be retarded; Cap is the antithesis of dark heroes. He's from the era of bright and shiny superheroes; hell, he and Superman CREATED that era. I'm pretty sure right after 9/11 he explained that he continued dressing that way because he thought the world was too bleak.

The CA film had a perfect practical costume, they could have changed the details but left it otherwise unchanged.

And it should have a darker blue color.
