But notice The Avengers isn't included in the deal like in the AMC theaters so chances are people are gonna end up payin' a lil more than 30 for the entire experience lol

DCwanabe - 4/9/2012, 4:42 PM
They do it in tucson AZ instead of Phoenix? WHY????????? I hate tucson. oh well it might be worth it. thats a great price to see so many movies, I hope there is enough of an intermission between movies to go eat.
SebHope - 4/9/2012, 4:45 PM
Im so pissed their not doing this in the uk, i dont care about the money this sounds like a great experience and seeing them all on the big screen again would be great, plus the old special effects on the big screen of iron man and hulk should make the avengers effects look amazing in comparison.
Cswag12 - 4/9/2012, 4:48 PM
nothing in boston :(
MercMatt - 4/9/2012, 4:56 PM
@TrueRedBlue: I know, right? That's bull crap. We got the Rave and the Monaco in Huntsville, and the Space and Rocket Center. What the crap?
FiLdo - 4/9/2012, 5:01 PM
@Lilvic

Starting at noon and playing chronologically up to the midnight opening of The Avengers.

This means that those 5 will be played and then Avengers will start at 12:01.
CaptainAmerica31 - 4/9/2012, 5:02 PM
I visited Alabama ad I thought RAVE was a club.______.
gerryg08 - 4/9/2012, 5:24 PM

CoolantTech - 4/9/2012, 6:09 PM
WTF why can't they put this marathon in one of the biggest cities in the world... Chicago, the only place thats remotely close to that is Evanston Il. an thats too far
Wildaniel - 4/9/2012, 6:46 PM
In other news it just should a new tv spot for the Avengers on Monday Night Raw!!! Lots of new footage of The Hulk!!!
IronSTARK1 - 4/9/2012, 6:55 PM
Any word on what happens after the movie? What I mean is, will they get priority seating after the marathon? Because they did a similar thing for Iron Man 2 I think and they had to go to the back of the long ass line. I plan on being in line all day. Screw it I'll just bring my laptop and watch all the movies that way. But if this will give me preference I'll take it.
TheMightyQuinn - 4/9/2012, 7:39 PM
Loved all these movies and cant wait for the avengers but 12 hours at the movies is a little too much for me. With that being said i think that the idea/execution/everything about the marvel cinematic universe is awesome-sauce mixed with tot-nog, with a side of visionary. And just to prove im not a marvelite/whedon-sucker. I feel the same way about nolan's batman tri-force of realism. ps the avengers is allowed to be something different. does not need the realism. am i right? or am i right? immma right!
TheMightyQuinn - 4/9/2012, 7:40 PM
id like to thank miller high life. the champagne of beers. for the inspriado for that post...oh and forty-first!
TheMightyQuinn - 4/9/2012, 7:41 PM
@ironman.... NICE
rockerdude22 - 4/9/2012, 8:10 PM
Just out of curiosity, where does the money for this go to? The grosses for all the individual movies? Does all of it go towards Avengers? Just wondering. If it's the latter, then Avengers has already made a ton of cash!
ShibazzJenkins2 - 4/9/2012, 8:18 PM
ok ...now my sexy lil lovin lady wants to go... that makes two sexy mutha (shut Yo mouths!) in the seats at The Sacto Release!
juggy4711 - 4/9/2012, 9:27 PM
Hell yeah 6 of 25 in TX and Cinemark 18 in Webster is only 20 minutes away from me. I am so there.
TonyChu - 4/9/2012, 9:44 PM
At first when I saw this news I was excited but now I'm like [frick] that. There is no way I can be in a theater for that long. I'll just do what Marvel 72 said, plus they are doing this on Epix movie channel. Any way 3 more agonizing weeks until Avengers comes out!!!!!
ShibazzJenkins2 - 4/9/2012, 9:51 PM
ya know... my main girl was askin... why dontcha have cinemarks link to purchase ticks thru CBM and score some points er Whutnot?;(... that would be COOL!'P
