Gunna see this movie as many times as I can to give them the money they deserve for this film.
Visualiza - 4/29/2012, 8:26 AM
More like 1B inevitable at this point. Honestly if this movie doesn't hit a billion then the worlds population must have died of some crazy new disease. The hype levels are off the charts.
Wildaniel - 4/29/2012, 8:27 AM
I think im gonna die before MAY 4, lol. Why does USA have to be the last ones to wait?

imnotahero - 4/29/2012, 8:34 AM
I gave in and already watched the movie online. I'm so happy/ ashamed of that decision. I'll still be there opening night.
NerdyGeek - 4/29/2012, 8:35 AM
imnotahero: You're not an Avengers fan. Please, go...
kevberg - 4/29/2012, 8:37 AM
if i was Marvel, I'd lower my expectations. Throwing the Billion word is a little premature. The economy is not where it was when TDK came out. I'd rather have low expectations and be pleasantly surprised.

I haven't seen it yet ( come on may 4th ) but if its even remotely as awesome as everyone says, then it'll do quite well!
kevberg - 4/29/2012, 8:40 AM
and by "quite well" I mean from repeat theatre viewings.

I know I'll at least see it 2-3 times alone for the Thor , Iron man and Cap fight.
ManofSteel23 - 4/29/2012, 8:46 AM
Im going to go see it a 3rd time sometime next week
Luis75 - 4/29/2012, 8:47 AM
By far, the best Marvel Movie I've seen and I hope it makes a $ Billion Worldwide.
Kayo - 4/29/2012, 8:47 AM

peppy - 4/29/2012, 8:51 AM
[frick] YES!!!!!!. I might see this again , I've already seen it three times . But [frick] ME it's worth it. Best comic book movie ever . NUFF SAID CHUMPS !!!!
shadyginzo - 4/29/2012, 8:51 AM
@mystery - I was about to ridecule your notion of it ever taking AVATAR's throne until I looked up the numbers, I think it's $10mil ahead of where Avatar was internationally on opening week end. completely agree Avatar is over-rated sh*te so even the glimpse of this possibility excites me

no... no, that could never happen? surely???
Dev7 - 4/29/2012, 8:53 AM
700M + Overseas alone is VERY possible and it is also being predicted for a 170M + Opening Weekend. This is definitely making over 1 Billion Worldwide for sure!
NeoBaggins - 4/29/2012, 8:53 AM
I saw THOR three times. So, if it's half as good as they say, I could do a threepete plus on this.
headlopper - 4/29/2012, 8:54 AM
Good. My stock portfolio is looking brilliant.
Avenger's Assemble!...every damn dollar!
He-he.
BooYah - 4/29/2012, 8:56 AM
Can't wait to watch this on May 5th. I remember how far it seemed when Cap first came out now were so close!
Dev7 - 4/29/2012, 8:56 AM
You guys have no idea what this will do for the individual franchises after Avengers is released. The individual franchises (Ironman, Cap, Hulk, Thor) will be GREATLY boosted in terms of hype and box office. Ironman 3 will be like an Ironman 4, Cap 2 will be like Cap 3 and Thor 2 will be like Thor 3 and well all know how well the 3rd movie does in a franchise don't we?
THORGodOfThunder - 4/29/2012, 8:57 AM
YEAAA BUDDDYYYY
Mrcool210 - 4/29/2012, 8:58 AM
this movies gonna make SOOOOOOOOOO much money
thewonderer - 4/29/2012, 8:59 AM
Does anyone have the ratings for Avatar or Titanic or Star Wars Episode 1 before they reached billion?

I'd like to track it and see how possible it is
thewonderer - 4/29/2012, 9:00 AM
@Dev

Agreed. I hope all this acclaim for the Hulk makes them give him a well deserved sequel as well
Hellsing - 4/29/2012, 9:02 AM
I don't think you yanks understand properly but believe or.not the worlds actually bigger than the world. And if jack sparrow 4 can make 700+ internationally then I don't see why the avengers can't. Any ways the movie was so god damn awesome can't wait to watch it again.
GreyChaos13Zero - 4/29/2012, 9:03 AM
great news, right around the corner for us. can't wait?)

peppy - 4/29/2012, 9:05 AM
Yeah man after seeing avengers the hulk was spot on , it was [frick]ing insane . He must get a sequel now surely somewhere in the nearby future . Because he was incredible indeed .
Hellsing - 4/29/2012, 9:05 AM
And why are people promoting the bootleg on here can some one please block the fools that are posting the bootlegs from he site please.
Irons - 4/29/2012, 9:07 AM
That is nuts... 700 M is possible overseas
Hellsing - 4/29/2012, 9:08 AM
By the way Ruffalo stole the show.
peppy - 4/29/2012, 9:08 AM
@ RunDTC seriously bro pull that shit down , that's not cool for the American fans .
peppy - 4/29/2012, 9:09 AM
Whoever promotes bootleg (pirated ) movies should just leave this site . You are not a fan if the industry .
peppy - 4/29/2012, 9:10 AM
*of*
JTheMostAwesome - 4/29/2012, 9:12 AM
^
I agree with EVERYTHING that peppy just said ^
Irons - 4/29/2012, 9:13 AM
@UncannyXMan

They're taking advantage of weak overseas competition. Since Battleship has already been out, it's really only Men in Black III and that's not coming for a long time.
NeoBaggins - 4/29/2012, 9:13 AM
A bootleg can't stop this. It's like throwing a tennis ball into the sun.
mctrinket - 4/29/2012, 9:13 AM
What is with this trend of releasing American movies overseas before they even open in America?
ukboy28 - 4/29/2012, 9:14 AM
Awesome movie and great news :)

It deserves all the money it pulls in and @hellsing agreed....Ruffalo/Hulk stole the show.
RunDTC - 4/29/2012, 9:17 AM
@peppy: I did. I'm not sure why I posted it. my bad.
