Deadline reports that The Walking Dead once again decimated the competition last night after drawing in a staggering 9.5 million viewers on AMC. 6.5 million of those were adults aged between 18 and 49. That's a drop of only 11% in that category, and 13% overall from last week's criticaly acclaimed season premiere. Now that Dish subscribers are once again able to watch the small screen adaptation of Robert Kirkman's hit comic book series, expect these viewers to remain steady (and possibly rise) over the next few weeks.

That gif was the best part of the episode.

I was getting really worried that the prisoners would end up as full-time cast additions. It made me so happy to see their leader get a machete buried in his head.

Yeah, this last episode was pretty awesome. Though I really don't care about Andrea and what she's up to, too bad that's what next episode will be about.

Did Dish and AMC kiss and make up?

^^^ I wonder if it could be one of the canibals? But last night's episode was frickin awesome... I expected it to be down to those very two prisoners. Axel & Oscar, who may in fact play a role similar to that of Tyreese. Any one noticed how he's rockin' the crow bar?

I always see previews for this show but haven't been able to catch a full episode yet.

Guess i should give it a chance.

Luminus - 10/22/2012, 4:25 PM

YOUNGBL00D - 10/22/2012, 4:47 PM
Is anyone else wondering why he just sat there and took the machete to the head
megabatfan - 10/22/2012, 4:48 PM
It's the Rick we've been waiting to see for a long time now. Can't wait to see how Andrew Lincoln portrays him when Rick starts to crack.
@Luminus: good point!

"Yeah I get it, Shit Happens"

Ricks had alot of badass moments but this took the cake.
TheAbomination - 10/22/2012, 5:04 PM
I agree @manymade1. This is right up there with the beginning of the Ricktatorship. "This isn't a democracy anymore."

TheLight - 10/22/2012, 6:58 PM
Rick Grimes. Judge, jury, executioner, family man, bearded leader. You decide.
TrueRedBlue - 10/22/2012, 7:04 PM
Breaking Bad !!!!!
Jaspion - 10/22/2012, 7:48 PM
I hope it was Tyrese who was watching Carol...

And I'm glad these prisoners were just temporary.. still hoping for Axel to appear.

Good two episodes so far but thy already changed stuff from the comics in this season, killing most of the prisons is one of them.
thalidomide - 10/22/2012, 8:13 PM
I think the first episode was Seed and the 2nd one is Sick.
CrowPirate1 - 10/23/2012, 6:11 AM
I loved Rick in the comics.. FINALLY, last night, he lived up to the same character in the TV show!! to me, he finally equalled Daryll!! I was so thrilled to see Rick be the badass I always thought he could and should be!

admiralhowdy - 10/23/2012, 11:02 AM
@YOUNGBL00D: my interpretation is it was overconfidence, not expecting the immediate retaliation. Seems he tried to react when it dawned on him what Rick was doing but he was waaaay too late.
YOUNGBL00D - 10/23/2012, 3:43 PM
@trueredblue, uh wrong show dude. But equally awesome!
CrazyKeaton - 10/23/2012, 5:10 PM
one of the worst shows, how they got passed all of the mistakes in season one is beyond me..
