Roberto Orci Confirms Plans To Bring LOCKE & KEY To The Big Screen As A Trilogy
After a failed television pilot, it was recently rumoured that IDW Publishing's Locke & Key was being given a second chance as a big screen trilogy from Star Trek writers Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci. Well, the latter has now confirmed that that is indeed the case!
Back in 2011, Fox decided not to give the Mark Romanek helmed TV pilot of Locke & Key the green-light, leaving many fans of Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez's comic book series wondering if they would ever get the chance to see a live action adaptation. Well, following rumours that a big screen trilogy is being written and produced by Alex Kurtzman and Robert Orci (Transformers), the latter has now taken to his Twitter account to confirm that these reports are indeed accurate. There's currently no word on a director or release date.
