Ryan Meinerding is an incredible artist whose work has graced the pages of many of Marvel's "Art of..." books and set the stage for bringing many iconic characters to life on the big screen. In the following interview with Trailer Addict, he talks in detail about the design of the Mark 42, the choice to primarily use the colour gold in its design and its functionality and most iconic elements. The new suit plays a major role in the movie and despite some early worries when it was initially unveiled, the recent trailers and TV spots have been more than enough to show that it really does look fantastic.
