I must say I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. I read the book a few years back now and when I heard they were making a movie of it I honestly thought it just wouldn't work. As a TV series yes, but as a movie no way! When I started to hear about the trouble with production and the fact it was pretty much based on the book by name only I got very concerned.

I went to the cinema trying not to have too higher expectations and accepting the fact that it'll have very little to do with the book but WOW! I came out beaming! I actually really liked their take on the zombies and even though its only PG13 there's still enough thrills and chills that I didn't really notice, it's more of a thriller than a horror, and I liked the fact it's set DURING the zombie apocalypse and not after like most zombie movies. You actually get to see the world turn to absolute custard.

If you go in with an open mind and don't judge it before you've seen it I think you'll enjoy it.

I'm becoming more and more interested in this film. It's actually looking good. Maybe I've lowered my expectations to ground floor so I might actually enjoy it. I got free movie tickets for Father's Day, so I might actually go see this on someone else's dime.

I'm calling it right now. This movie's gonna get crushed under Man of Steel and flop.

@The Abomination, don't you mean under Monster's U? That movie will likely be number 1 next week.

It's clear they butchered this scene for the sake of releasing it as a clip.
