Bleeding Cool reports that Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment are planning on bringing Young Justice to the same network responsible for Arrow and The Flash. According to the site, "the CW is developing another live action teen drama/romance series with a superhero twist, based on the Young Justice cartoon, games and comics, being prepped for 2015." They go on to add that Superboy and Miss Martian will be the leaders of the team, but with Nightwing set to appear in Batman Vs. Superman, will that mean Robin is off-limits? Are you guys excited for this?

How many do they want to make? Honestly, if its not in the DCCU, not really interested. I'll probably watch it eventually.
UltimateWarrior - 12/2/2013, 7:56 AM
I don't understand why they would make these shows, and a Movieverse, and not have them connected.

Proper network for a youthful super-group. Just get a few known pretty-boy's to play Superboy and Robin, have a few alien love affairs and it'll be an instant hit.

This sounds promising, but I wish it would pick up where young justice left off. I hope this is true.
yonny616 - 12/2/2013, 8:06 AM

Sounds interesting, but it has to be done right! Superboy, Miss Martian, Kid-Flash, Robin and Aqua-lad! Not sure about some of these, but will see when it actually happens.

JoeMomma29 - 12/2/2013, 8:13 AM
HUH maybe just maybe we are going to have a DCU on television! Heck I can live with that.
TheOneAboveAll - 12/2/2013, 8:14 AM
Let's hope this is connected to MOS 2: Lex makes Superboy and that brings tension and drama to the show
Tainted87 - 12/2/2013, 8:14 AM
No but MAC LOVES Young Justice more than anything in DC.

I think they broke his heart when they cancelled it.
JoeMomma29 - 12/2/2013, 8:15 AM
@ Tainted87

LOL! We all tease Gusto for being an old fart I wonder if MAC is really some old dude who just complains about everything!
Just give the show a decent budget and you have gold.
DEVLIN712 - 12/2/2013, 8:15 AM
I'm not a big DC fan so, which Robin leads YJ? There's too many to conunt: Dick Grayson Robin, Red Hood, Red Robin, Girl Robin, Damien Wayne Robin, Alternate black Robin... I probably missed some
Nomis - 12/2/2013, 8:16 AM
@ Pasto - LOL!!
rabid - 12/2/2013, 8:16 AM
The idea is good, but without the proper set up, you'll just get another Birds of Prey and fans will feel too big of a disconnect with the characters. It would make better sense to wait for the JLA movie first.
BlackIceJoe - 12/2/2013, 8:16 AM
This could be interesting. But I would have liked to have gotten season three more. With Barry being in Arrow and not being that old how old would Wally be in this show?

Also if you have not picked it up yet go out and get Young Justice Legacy. Greg has said if it sells well WB could Greenlight season three. Plus if they don't because Little Orbit has the rights to the Young Justice series in video game format Greg also said he would work with them to make season three instead as a video game.

Most Marvel fans cannot count high because they are little Disney fans as well.
Brainiac13 - 12/2/2013, 8:21 AM
Goods news......make this dark like the cartoon.
scruffylookingnerfherder - 12/2/2013, 8:21 AM
Can we just have the animated show back, instead? #IWANTDARKSEID
Kyos - 12/2/2013, 8:21 AM
How about not cancelling the awesome cartoon instead? (-_-)'
TheIncredibleHulksta - 12/2/2013, 8:21 AM
Makes sense.
BatManiac - 12/2/2013, 8:21 AM
This is easily the best some of the best news of the year. I doubt it will be a romance drama, considering Arrow isn't but this has the potential to be great, since it more than likely share a universe with Arrow and The Flash.

Maybe WB's planning something bigger than a DC Cinematic Universe. Are their plans to build to build a DC Cinematic Multiverse?

I was dropped on my head as a child. It took a lot of work to even speak, generally I get on okay but sometimes I say the wrong cranberry
Tevii - 12/2/2013, 8:21 AM
As a DC guy, I think this is ridiculous. Is WB so pathetic that they wont take any risks and make good DC movies but they will put everything on TV?

Young Justice if done right would be too expensive for television, so its obviously not going to be done right.

So between Marvel dominating the silver screen and DC dominating the small screen, I think the bubble's gonna burst soon.
