Guess tonight's episode means Ward's not a double agent. So much for that theory.
UltimateNullifier - 4/15/2014, 7:10 PM
I can't believe the Griffin got a shoutout. That's awesome. Also the Cube. I'd love to see if that is developed.
GinjaNinja - 4/15/2014, 7:11 PM
So things we learned

1. Wards not a double agent
2. Gravtion is coming back
3. Garret is cyborg
4. Garret has a crush on coulsons girl
5. triplet is joining the team.
ezio619 - 4/15/2014, 7:12 PM
is Garret revealed as the Clairvoyant?
MCUfan1 - 4/15/2014, 7:13 PM
Where is Franklin Hall located. Also I'm glad Patten oswalt told Coulson is alive.
LexHairFight - 4/15/2014, 7:13 PM
Haven't seen the episode yet, but was just thinking...

What if Fury changed Coulson's memories, so the person he is now is the person Fury thought he was and not who he actually was. If you get what I'm saying.
Nap60 - 4/15/2014, 7:13 PM
I would really like to see someone kill Ward.
GinjaNinja - 4/15/2014, 7:13 PM
Yes ezio, he's def the clairvoyant. So disappointing but he's doing a good job at it.
ezio619 - 4/15/2014, 7:14 PM
im like 7 episodes behind but i have been keeping up with the show with the threads but ido wanna catch up,i liked it but i have heard its gotten much better
batz11 - 4/15/2014, 7:14 PM
Great episode, again! This show is really gaining momentum...
TheAbomination - 4/15/2014, 7:14 PM
@ezio619

He's not. He fooled Shield into thinking he was, but tonight he told Raina that he isn't the Clairvoyant. My money's still on Arnim Zola.
Nomis - 4/15/2014, 7:14 PM
@ ezio - Yep. And Ward is a bad guy...for real.

I thought Coulson was going to have him planted in HYDRA after last week episode but it appears he been a double agent all along.
antoineflemming - 4/15/2014, 7:16 PM
Good episode though. Only thing is, Garrett really seems to be doing his own thing. Does he have no superior?
TheAbaryMan369 - 4/15/2014, 7:16 PM
Great episode tonight. GOTG sneak peak was a disappointment, but the episode was one of the best so far. Garret being a Cyborg was surprising, but it's actually following the comics closely. Ward not being a double agent was a great reveal too.
antoineflemming - 4/15/2014, 7:17 PM
Garrett is most definitely IS the Clairvoyant. What he told Raina is that he isn't clairvoyant, which means having extra-sensory perception (read: psychic). But he most certainly is THE Clairvoyant.
GinjaNinja - 4/15/2014, 7:18 PM
@TheAbomination No he said he was the clairvoyant, just without powers
batz11 - 4/15/2014, 7:18 PM
^ That's what I thought too...
GinjaNinja - 4/15/2014, 7:18 PM
@goldenone Garret was a cyborg in the comics, thats why he has metal
Lhornbk - 4/15/2014, 7:19 PM
Ok, so my biggest question is-when Ward blasts the hole in the floor of the Fridge, and Garrett says "Hello beautiful," who was he talking to? The Abomination is an obvious possibility. What are others?

Oh, and @ezio619, yes, Garrett introduces himself to Raina as the Clairvoyant. (Btw, it seemed to me that Raina was definitely having second thoughts after discovering that Garrett wasn't really psychic.)
antoineflemming - 4/15/2014, 7:19 PM
OH, and GoldenOne33, Garrett is a real comic book character, who was a cyborg. So he's John Garrett.
antoineflemming - 4/15/2014, 7:20 PM
@Lhornbk He was looking at the gravitonium.
GinjaNinja - 4/15/2014, 7:20 PM
blackout has his powers! Sweet! hopefully they kill him... BTW this is the fourth villain they have shown that has powers now. (Scorch, Graviton, Blizzard) Even though scorch and blackout are unknown almost, and graviton and blizzard didn't get their powers yet, its cool to see them in the show.
Trojan0330 - 4/15/2014, 7:20 PM
I think the ward being taskmaster is picking up steam. I got the impression that Grant Ward isn't his real name maybe he is just impersonating Grant Ward.
ezio619 - 4/15/2014, 7:21 PM
u know what,i was a little dissapointed by Garrett being the Calirvoyant but if u have a bad guy, make sure that bad guy is played Bill Phucking Paxton!!!
batz11 - 4/15/2014, 7:22 PM
@Llornbk, was hoping for Abomination too, but they made it look like it was that rich, gravaton guy...
GinjaNinja - 4/15/2014, 7:22 PM
My guess is this show will be about how SHIELD get's rebuilt with coulson leading the charge. Season two hopefully is Graviton, MODOK, and Blizzard as main villains.
MCUfan1 - 4/15/2014, 7:22 PM
@Lhornbk it was the Gravitonium.
ezio619 - 4/15/2014, 7:23 PM
so if Garrett is part of Hydra, does that mean Centipede is a branch of Hydra and Garrett leads that branch
UltimateNullifier - 4/15/2014, 7:23 PM
@MCUFan1 - Hall is actually trapped inside that gravitonium blob in the containment field.
TheAbomination - 4/15/2014, 7:24 PM
Oh. Perhaps I wasn't paying good enough attention to tonight's episode. Well, if he is the Clairvoyant, this show just lost brownie points. They should have made the Clairvoyant a well-known Marvel villain from the comics.
Lhornbk - 4/15/2014, 7:24 PM
@antoineflemming, I'm not so sure of that. I thought of that, but I got the feeling that he knew where to find Graviton, and that Ward had found something else. I could be wrong, but that was the impression that I got.
GinjaNinja - 4/15/2014, 7:24 PM
Yeah not gonna lie Grant Ward as taskmaster makes sense actually... Plus taskmaster was with SHIELD at one point in time sooooo..... who knows?
MCUfan1 - 4/15/2014, 7:25 PM
@Batz The Abomination is in Alaska.
ezio619 - 4/15/2014, 7:25 PM
Theabomination-i dont know,i am kinda fine with it being a lesser know character from the comics in John Garrett, this is its own universe plus its Bill Paxton!!!!
batz11 - 4/15/2014, 7:26 PM
Yeah, could have been a "bait n switch" with clever editing, still hoping "hello beautiful" is Abomination :)
UltimateNullifier - 4/15/2014, 7:26 PM
@Lhornbk - Ward mentioned to Coulson last week that the gravitonium was "under the Fridge" before they wiped the plane's database of info on 084's.
RextheKing - 4/15/2014, 7:27 PM
Loved the reference to the Cube, and the great timing right before Talbot's cameo.
batz11 - 4/15/2014, 7:27 PM
Right, remember now, maybe they moved him, haha
MercwithMouth - 4/15/2014, 7:28 PM
Can someone gimme a Carlton happy dance gif please!!! This episode deserves it.

I was right.

Ward is definitely a baddie(and a damn good one)
Garret is the Clairvoyant, and it was all just a decoy to throw SHIELD off.

I can't wait for Tuesday already. Be awesome to see Blackout, and hopefully Graviton comes out of the box.
MCUfan1 - 4/15/2014, 7:28 PM
@UltimateNullifier Oh I swear the one he was in was bigger anyway do you think Quinn knows?
