KeeperoftheKrackle - 5/20/2014, 8:15 AM
Found this movie to be very generic. People seem to really like it. I'd like to give it another go soon and see if I get into it more. I liked the sequences with Jean.

I'd admit I really did like The Wolverine, though I see a lot of the complaints on the third act valid.

Like it feels like a good action story, it seems very not so far out, but the moment after Wolverine is captured by the ninjas, he happens to end up in a

SUPER CEREAL SECRET HIDDEN ULTRA FORTRESS VILLAIN LAIR where the baddie unleashes his SUPER CEREAL WEAPON OF MASS ULTRA AND ETERNAL DESTRUCTION on our hero. In this case

Silver Samurai.
McGee - 5/20/2014, 8:17 AM

@Nomis

That was a very private and intimate moment Supercat and I were having.........

I'm shit-faced when I watch a lot of stuff. That probably accounts for more than half of my Blu-Ray library.. so maybe my girlfriend's on to somethin' when she says that my taste in film is mostly "f*cking shit".

Hugs and kisses, luv.
Sumitsjc - 5/20/2014, 8:25 AM

GL - 5/20/2014, 8:34 AM
I still haven't seen this movie. Lmao.
Nomis - 5/20/2014, 8:34 AM
@ ciph - LOVE IT!!!!!

"They play so beautiful don't you agree!"

GL - 5/20/2014, 8:34 AM
Should I watch it before watching DOFP?
TheRealRemyLebeau - 5/20/2014, 8:35 AM
I agree that there was way too many sins in this film.
JoeMomma29 - 5/20/2014, 8:36 AM
@ GL

Ummmmm besides the ending scene at the airport the movie may not have any impact on DOFP.
AdamX - 5/20/2014, 8:38 AM
Cinematic Wolverine is weak!!!!!
JoeMomma29 - 5/20/2014, 8:38 AM
Ummmmmmm yeah when BlackandYellow says his girl is a cow he was not joking.

GL - 5/20/2014, 8:38 AM
If I'm correct, wasn't the airport scene just Charles and Erik telling Logan they need him to save the world or something.
cipher - 5/20/2014, 8:40 AM
Nomi- Hahahahahaha.

"It feels so lovely to be here tonight, what a beau-- give yourselves a round of applause, you're lovely, everyone's so lovely"

*scattered, half-hearted applause*

"And, um.. while you're in the clapping mood..."

Hehe, I love how the poor dude's just so f*cking oblivious.
HAILHYDRA - 5/20/2014, 8:40 AM
The only way we can make sense of FOX's continuity is to think of every movie being standalone.
TheRationalNerd - 5/20/2014, 8:40 AM
@GL

The only scene worth watching "canon to DoFP wise" would be the end credits scene but if you want to see how different Wolverine is in a state of mind, emotion and even setting wise it's still worth the watch without a doubt. I would get the extended cut.
JoeMomma29 - 5/20/2014, 8:40 AM
@ GL

YUP that is all it was nothing more, also there is a deleted scene where Wolverine actually gets his costume. That scene alone was awesome but sadly they did not include it.
cipher - 5/20/2014, 8:41 AM
Then there's that one dude at the end who's just like "boy's good. Ain't he good?" Hahahaha. I love that movie.
Natetrix79 - 5/20/2014, 8:41 AM
I enjoyed it but I really liked the uncut version more. I guess the blood & the extended ninja fight sold it for me.
JoeMomma29 - 5/20/2014, 8:41 AM
@ GL

Yes watch the uncut unrated version it is very good, yeah the movie has issues but it was terrible.
yossarian - 5/20/2014, 8:43 AM
I'm just going to go ahead and say it, I didn't care much for this movie.
cipher - 5/20/2014, 8:44 AM
