Oscar nominee Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt star in Warner Bros. Pictures' and Village Roadshow Pictures' sci-fi thriller "Edge of Tomorrow," under the direction of Doug Liman. The epic action of "Edge of Tomorrow" unfolds in a near future in which an alien race has hit the Earth in an unrelenting assault, unbeatable by any military unit in the world.

Major William Cage (Cruise) is an officer who has never seen a day of combat when he is unceremoniously dropped into what amounts to a suicide mission. Killed within minutes, Cage now finds himself inexplicably thrown into a time loop—forcing him to live out the same brutal combat over and over, fighting and dying again…and again. But with each battle, Cage becomes able to engage the adversaries with increasing skill, alongside Special Forces warrior Rita Vrataski (Blunt). And, as Cage and Rita take the fight to the aliens, each repeated encounter gets them one step closer to defeating the enemy.

Edge of Tomorrow features:
Director: Doug Liman
Tom Cruise as Lt. Col. William "Bill" Cage
Emily Blunt as Rita Vrataski
Bill Paxton as General Farrell Bartolome
Jeremy Piven as Col. Walter Marx
Brendan Gleeson as General Brigham
Lara Pulver as Karen Lord
Marianne Jean-Baptiste as Dr. Whittle
Jonas Armstrong as Skinner
Kick Gurry as Griff
Kidus Henok as Lewis
Tony Way as Kimmel
Madeleine Mantock as Julie
Dragomir Mrsic as Kuntz
Charlotte Riley as Nance
Franz Drameh as Ford

Edge of Tomorrow hits theaters June 6, 2014.

I can never trust Paxton again. Also he looks like Adrian Pasdar's AoS character here. ^^

Looks good..I like the gear/weapons they have but the helmets suck.
They should look cooler like something from Halo but I realize the filmmakers want you to see the actors faces.

That's why we keep getting Thor with no helmet,Wolverine with no mask & Iron Man,Cap & Spidey constantly removing their headgear too.
Oh well..it's the movies!

My favorite part about getting fast food, is the bag fries.

I get pissed off if there aren't any bag fries, it's a disappointment.

That director needs to brush his [frick]ing teeth.
Bloody nasty that.

86% and 8/10 on RT right now, though only 7 reviews. Will this be this year's Dredd?

I used to hate Tom Cruise and part of me still does but after seeing Oblivion which was awesome & one of the top movies of 2013 I began thinking more about Cruise.

Take a look at his sci-fi / action movies in the past 10 or so years: The Mission Impossibles, Minority Report, War of the Worlds, Jack Reacher & Oblivion. While Jack Reacher & Oblivion were not blockbusters like the others they were damn good.

So point is I think Cruise has found his niche in Sci-Fi / action movies and Edge of Tomorrow looks great. I'll be seeing this opening night.

Jesus christ, when was the last time Tom Cruise was the lead in a movie that wasn't complete garbage?

Ghost Protocol was pretty decent I'll give him that, but other than that, the last movie he made that I actually enjoyed was Minority Report, and that was 12 years ago.

I think Tom Cruise is the new Johnny Depp.

This movie is awesome! It was surprisingly fun and entertaining.

Those images fries my computer. And Emily would be a WAY BETTER Black Widow than Scarlet Johanson. I love Scarlet, but she looks too fragile. Emily is more tough!
