Channing Tatum Talks Learning GAMBIT's Cajun Accent; Jedi-Mind Tricks

While promoting 22 Jump Street, star Channing Tatum, who is expected to play the Ragin' Cajun Gambit in X-Men: Apocalypse took a few seconds to touch on Gambit's trademark Cajun accent.

While promoting his film, 22 Jump Street, star Channing Tatum took a minute to speak with Latino Review about his upcoming role as Gambit in X-Men: Apocalypse and possibly a standalone film. While not revealing any further details about the status of his contract negotiations, he does touch on learning Gambit's trademark Cajun accent. He promises to have a serious Cajun accent, and hopes to incorporate a creole patois, which he likens to a "Jedi mind trick" and says might require subtitles. Check him out in the video below:
