Saw both on Blu-ray, all deleted scenes were pretty pointless. Glad they aren't in the movie.
leeroy - 8/5/2014, 10:39 AM
I hate deleted scenes that are incomplete :(
NightWatcher - 8/5/2014, 10:40 AM
The arrogance of men is thinking nature is in their control and not the other way around. Let them fight.
DrKinsolving - 8/5/2014, 10:42 AM
Nice, just makes me look forward to Cap 3 even more
THEDARKKNIGHT1939 - 8/5/2014, 10:47 AM
First one scrap, Maria Hill is the worst character in the MCU.
Second one keep, that was pretty cool.

I get why they cut both of these scenes. But I do love how the first one fleshed out Maria and made it quite apparent to the audience that Sitwell is scum.
charlie2094 - 8/5/2014, 10:49 AM
The second one wasn't bad, not really needed though so see why it was cut.

@leeroy

Well, there's no point putting time/money into something that's not making the final cut :P Clearly cut the first scene early on, given the green screen
CapitanAmerika2 - 8/5/2014, 10:49 AM
I NEED THIS MOVIE NOW!!!! I hate the fact that they are releasing this movie after The Amazing Spider-Man 2
Jollem - 8/5/2014, 10:52 AM
black widow keeps getting worse. the falcon was okay. winter bucky was like the shark in Jaws. the action for cap was definitely better
EzioKenway1225 - 8/5/2014, 10:53 AM
It seems like the deleted scenes were nothing major which is good in that means The Russos got to make the film they wanted
Scarilian - 8/5/2014, 10:54 AM
Both scenes made sense to be cut as neither added anything that wasn't already in the film;

- The first added a little character development to Maria Hill however would have been pointless.
- The second added some more tense scenes of people looking for Cap, however we already had two other scenes like it in the film

NightWatcher - 8/5/2014, 10:54 AM
@kinghulk

Yeah, that was pretty funny.
THEDARKKNIGHT1939 - 8/5/2014, 10:54 AM
My brother torrented it already. Blu-Ray quality.
TheDufase19089 - 8/5/2014, 10:54 AM
The first scene gave Maria Hill and Sitwell more screen time which would work for maybe the Agents of Shield TV show, but the way the movie played out it made more sense to have LESS screen time for both characters based on what happens.

I bet the 2nd scene was cut because of timing. The sequence was a little long and they didnt need another pseudo confrontation.

cobie smulders hot leaked nude

SoftBodyPhysics - 8/5/2014, 10:55 AM
Oh my bad, I thought I was typing that into Google Image Search.

EzioKenway1225 - 8/5/2014, 10:56 AM
I really liked Cap being in his civvies for a lot of the film
Omarvls - 8/5/2014, 11:03 AM
@Jollem talking S . Hit
about Winter Soldier?

WOW

Ineedrevelation - 8/5/2014, 11:17 AM
I'm fine with these cuts. Slows the pace down too much
DarthBob - 8/5/2014, 11:19 AM
GOTG #1 movie on the planet, CAP 2 DVD out soon, The Avengers 2 buzz swirling about. Meanwhile over at DC, we get a crappy pic of a gray haired Bruce Wayne.
ALmazing - 8/5/2014, 11:22 AM
Best movie of the year!!! IMO, Can't wait to see it again.
IMHOMendieta - 8/5/2014, 11:26 AM
what happened to the boobs posted in this place? is there a ban or something?
0megaDaGod - 8/5/2014, 11:26 AM
Scene 2 should've stayed. Maybe cut the FPS part

This movie was perfect tho, so I have no complaints either way
SoundWave - 8/5/2014, 11:28 AM
The second one about the mask is awesome!!! So sad they not left it in the movie. And the first one is just boring talking, this time no action, nothing interesting.

There were photos of Winter Solder without mask but with black "drawing" on eyes (like black-metal singer XD) but he never appear in it in the movie, hope to see this deleted scene too.

These are good scenes to cut since they aren't scenes they totally rewrite the events of the film Amazing Spider-man!

The first one I wonder if was even mandated because the audience is supposed to be surprised he's a traitor. All the scenes of him leading up to the reveal he comes off as a pretty okay dude.

So him being Hydra really mattered. But if we had this scene, we would really expect it. He's clearly got an agenda and not just following orders.

The second scene I think would be fine in an extended cut since the pacing would work for people who have already seen the film. It even more explains why he doesn't use the suit for the rest of the film. Though at the same time it seems more like he's getting the old suit out of need as opposed to desire.

FerFogs - 8/5/2014, 11:36 AM
Dammit, I need to watch it again.
Winter Soldier was badass and the story was great.

The 1st scene was supposed to happen before the Hydra reveal, right? If so I can see why it was removed, it clearly shown Sitwall as a jackass, which in today's cinema usually means he's connected to the villain, anticipating the twist.
yossarian - 8/5/2014, 11:37 AM
@Dane - I am on boob protest until the DD costume reveal. So prepare for glory when that happens.
FerFogs - 8/5/2014, 11:37 AM
@storyteller - agreed on both points!
BIGBMH - 8/5/2014, 11:43 AM
I like both scenes and it would be nice to see how the movie played with them, but it does work fine without them and is probably better without the extra fat.
HypeMusheen - 8/5/2014, 11:52 AM
when you watch a weird gif cycle too many times before looking away

backup - 8/5/2014, 12:20 PM
that first one should have stayed in
TheDcMarvellord - 8/5/2014, 12:25 PM
I think both should have stayed in
CookieKid247 - 8/5/2014, 12:31 PM
@Nomis
I need to hear that speech in one of the Cap movies at some point!
Nomis - 8/5/2014, 12:43 PM
@ CookieKid247 - If Marvel ever base a movie off the 'Civil war' story line than you might!

It's a great speech and just epitomize Cap to me!
