TED GRANT IS ACCUSED OF MURDER - After a body is found strung up in the Wildcat gym, Ted Grant (J.R. Ramirez) becomes the main suspect. Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) argue over Ted's innocence. Meanwhile, in flashbacks, when Maseo (Karl Yune) needs Oliver to remember where an informant for China White stashed key information, he asks Tatsu (guest star Rila Fukushima) to help jog Oliver's memory. Roy (Colton Haynes) shares a secret with Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards). Peter Leto directed the episode written by Erik Oleson & Keto Shimizu (#306).

In the aftermath of this victory, Season 3 opens with Arrow now a hero to the citizens of Starling. Crime is down, people feel safer, and Captain Lance even calls off the Anti-Vigilante Task Force. Basking in his success, Oliver believes he can finally have a private life and asks Felicity out on a date. But the second Oliver takes his eye off the ball, a deadly villain reappears in Starling, forcing Oliver to realize that he can never be Oliver Queen — not as long as the city needs The Arrow.

Arrow features:
Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen/Arrow
Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak
David Ramsey as John Diggle
Willa Holland as Thea Queen
Katie Cassidy as Laurel Lance
Colton Haynes as Roy Harper/Arsenal
Paul Blackthorne as Detective Quentin Lance
John Barrowman as Malcolm Merlyn/Dark Archer
Manu Bennett as Slade Wilson/Deathstroke
Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer/Atom
Katrina Law as Nyssa al Ghul
Matt Nable as Ra's al Ghul

It's not Roy.

I think Roy was with the killer, but is not the real killer.

Nah. They're totally going to stretch this thing out they'll probably find out who killed Sara in the close to or the actual finale episode.

It could be someone from Oliver's past. You know the parts where he's overseas? Maybe that ties in somehow?

I know the Killer.

It's his SO in Hong Kong. He gets his family killed & escapes Waller. Mirakuru messing with Roy's head. Stephen did say Roy will find out he killed someone in season 2.

The League of Assassins could also be messing with Roy's head.

Maseo Yamashiro.

http://arrow.wikia.com/wiki/Maseo_Yamashiro

He is the killer.

His family will die because Oliver will somehow go back to the Island & the Chinese Building Slade Wilson saw through the Binoculars right before Anthony Ivo attacked the ship & got Oliver captured in

SEASON 2, EPISODE 3. Slade 21:35. Slade Wilson looks through his Binoculars & sees a Chinese building. Oliver will have a story in Season 4 there back on Lian Yu.

My bet is on Nysa.. Cos she knew an arrow killed Sara and it must be her dart that messes with Roy's head.. Just my speculation..

i'd say he was there to witness it and feels guilty that he wasn't able to stop the real killer, so his conscience makes him feel he's responsible for her death. bam!

@soforizo Roy didn't kill Sara. I think the real killer did something to Roy to lead him to believe that(possibly the new version of Vertigo that brings your fears to life).

I believe Ra's al Ghul killed Sara. When Nyssa told him Sara was killed, he didn't care nor did he sound surprised.

@ThePresident: Stephen was talking about the cop Roy killed while he was on Mirakuru. Maybe the guilt over that's catching up with him. And Sara was surprised by someone she knew, not someone from Oliver's flashbacks.

It's not Roy. I bet they're gonna extend this "Who killed Sara?" storyline a little longer. It has to be someone from The League of Assassins for her to react the way she did when she saw the killer. AND yes, the killer used a bow to kill her, not his bare hands. Roy would still have to have the Mirakuru in him for those arrows that he threw to kill her. Finally, what is his motive?

Roy's simply mixing the supressed memory of killing the cop with Sara's death.
