IT'S S.H.I.E.L.D. VS HYDRA IN THE WAR THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING, ON THE WINTER FINALE OF "MARVEL'S AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D." ON ABC

"What They Become" - Coulson and Whitehall's forces meet in an explosive confrontation that dramatically alters everyone's fates. Meanwhile, Skye discovers shocking secrets about her past, on the Winter finale of "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," TUESDAY, DECEMBER 9 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." stars Clark Gregg as Director Phil Coulson, Ming-Na Wen as Agent Melinda May, Brett Dalton as Grant Ward, Chloe Bennet as Agent Skye, Iain De Caestecker as Agent Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Jemma Simmons and Nick Blood as Lance Hunter.

Guest starring are B.J. Britt as Agent Antoine Triplett, Adrianne Palicki as Bobbi Morse, Henry Simmons as Alphonso "Mack" Mackenzie, Ruth Negga as Raina, Patton Oswalt as Billy & Sam Koenig, Reed Diamond as Daniel Whitehall, Kyle MacLachlan as The Doctor, Jamie Harris as man and Hunter Seagroves as Hydra agent.

After helping to thwart Hydra, Agent Phil Coulson was appointed as Director and tasked with rebuilding the agency. Agent Melinda May, expert pilot, martial artist and longtime friend, will continue to look after Coulson in the wake of the mysterious etchings he's been carving into walls. Grant Ward, highly trained in combat and espionage, was found to be a Hydra mole and a traitor to S.H.I.E.L.D. and locked up away from the world and his former teammates. But this isn't the last we've seen of him... After being left to die in the middle of the ocean by Ward, Agent Leo Fitz, brilliant engineer, and Agent Jemma Simmons, genius bio-chemist, found a way to escape their watery grave. But all did not go well for Fitz, who was left in a coma and may never regain his full cognitive functions; a devastating blow to Simmons. And computer hacker Skye, now a full-fledged S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, discovered her origins as a 0-8-4 — an object of unknown origin — and that her parents were considered "monsters." Could Skye have darkness lying dormant inside of her? Also joining Coulson's core team is Lance Hunter, a dashing mercenary sharp shooter with a quick wit. Since he didn't rise up through the ranks, does he have an ulterior motive for helping out the team.

They're taking the SHIELD-with-limited-resources idea and sticking with it. Skye apparently has only a few changes of street clothes handy -- we've seen her in that black top with the straps at least twice before.

I think we may see a Kree in this episode. Clark Gregg tweeted a pic a while back during the filming of this episode which was him, May and someone in a full green screen suit. The question is who or what would need to be fully CGIed in this episode?

Increase in viewers? that's BS. you do know how the rating system works right? if so, you do know that they don't actually know how many people are watching. the ratings are based on the few homes that have agreed to be monitored, so, whenever someone reports "more viewers" or "less viewers" they are maing up the stats. they only monitor about 5000 households, so, when you read about viewership in the millions, it is totally made up info...
so...why even mention that stuff?
