How do we know that Batman has already happened in the Arrowverse? What if this season leads up to Oliver not taking Ra's place, and Ra's finding a new apprentice named Bruce Wayne? a man can dream.

Before tonight I haven't had any major issues with Laurel, but god she was annoying in tonight's episode.

She not only annoying, she seems to think she has the moral high ground on everyone and her going for Malcolm was truly embarrassing.

As far as I know Atom can't fly he just shrinks and grow. What you saw was Iron Man on a TV budget and yes it was cringe worthy.

People always focus on the similarities between Arrow and Batman but not the differences. Ra's used his own detective skills to find out the identity of Batman and found his Batcave, and believing him to be a worthy successor he offers him his spot as the demon's head. Merlyn created a situation in which made Oliver risk his life in a duel with Ra's and after failing but getting back on his feet and returning to save Thae's soul, and to face Ra's again, Ra's sees his ambition and offers him his spot as the head of the demon. Only similarities, outside of how similar Batman and Green Arrow are, is that they were both given the opportunity to take Ra's spot

Also I liked the debut of Atom. He is a little Iron Manish, which as of late he's been depicted more that way anyways, but this took it a step further. I don't mind though, because I doubt with CW's budget they can make a good shrinking effect, but as the Flash showed, they can handle a pretty good flying effect, so it's a good replacement for him not being able to shrink. Honestly to those that are mad, don't be because they chose to stay within their budget but that they picked to debut a hero they couldn't depict his main power with their budget vs one they could.

Pretty good episode. I liked that they just had Thea drop the truth on Laurel instead of dragging it out for 3 weeks. I loved seeing Oliver and Diggle together in action again (the Arrow Cave is getting too crowded).
I also like that Nyssa could be taking Laurel under her wing. I hope she knows Laurel ain't into poon, though.
I'm not surprised they won't be going the shrinking route with Atom since his suite is an OMAC suit.

Obviously, Oliver can't become the new Demon's Head, so it'll be interesting to see how Ra's handles the rejection.

Well, it was supposed to be Ted Kord (they've been dropping Kord Industries hints for two seasons), but DC said no because they have plans for him on the cinematic side.
