The films are entertaining action films with jut enough plot to keep you barely interested. They're nice enough to watch with a buddy when you're both bored and just going through your hard-drive looking for something to watch.
In a world with crap like Iron Man 2/3 and Agents of SHIELD, let's not pretend like a movie needs to be a 5 star Oscar winning production for us to justify our like for it.

I liked the first two okay, but that last one was pathetically aimless. I'm glad that Beckinsale has a "badass franchise" of her own to go back to, but it's a shame it's such a mediocre one. A lot like my favorite for Black Widow: Milla Jovovich and Resident Evil.

Just a series of poorly conceived sequels kept afloat by the promise of the main actress in tight clothes... Sigh...

Would still make a great Jessica Drew, though. Or Selina Kyle.

First one was kind of cool for early 2000's crap fest of movies. The spin off about the Lycan's was decent as well. Anything after that was complete shit.
