@InfiniteMonkey: The fifth episode has been titled "4722 hours", appharantly a episode focused on Simmons' adventure.

Where did Simmons go??
Assuming this planet is actually a moon, it appears to be a moon more so than a planet, and not one of the main Kree planets from the comics, I think these are some other locations from the source material AOS could be adapting:

1. A version of Stockade – future prison planet some of the original Guardians of the Galaxy hail from.

2. Annoval 14 – known as the toughest penal colony in the universe and appeared in Silver Surfer

3. An extension of The Kyln, prison bases and moons run by the Nova Corps. The Nova seem vastly underpowered and smaller in galactic scale and scope based on how they were depicted in Guardians of the Galaxy however.

It could be that the planet/moon is something originally conceived for the show.

"Werner briefly takes over Hydra during one of his father's supposed deaths." (Source Marvel Database)

I think Baron Von strucker is still alive and Ultron killed an LMD. He's been known to fake his death MANY times in the comics

http://www.empireonline.com/news/story.asp?NID=40341

And the actor playing his has a multi film contract

@KurtWagner1225 you may be right. Only reason I think Barn is still alive is because in the article where the Strucker actor talks about Marvel's plans for him, he says they have a long plan for his character.

I think Werner will rebel as well. I thibk his rebellion will be sparked by a certain Purple mask wearing Baron who's going to take over HYDRA soon. I think during Ward's retooling of HYDRA, Zemo is going to come onto the scene (obviously off screen) and usurp power. He's going to be like nothing HYDRA has ever seen before.

I think Zemo may take advantage of the confusion surrounding the legislation to enact his evil plan. With the Avnegers fighting, Zemo has an opportunity to do what he wants pr eveen use the avengers without them knowing it. It won't also be a surprise if Zemo and Crossbones worked together to bring more mayhem and confusion to the superhero team.

@ComicsBornAndBred I keep saying, with the Avengers in a civil war with each other, it's the perfect opportunity for Zemo to swoop in with his Thunderbolts "superhero" team and win the public's favor as a new group of heroes more "concerned" with saving lives that squabbling with each other. Civil War is actually the perfect excuse for Zemo's 'Bolts to appear.

@MCUPhase3 Sebastian Stan's Bucky "died" in CA:TFA as far as general audiences knew and he had a multi-film contract.
