This from CHUD.com:

"Since 1960, legendary American illustrator Basil Gogos has painted some of our most iconic images of movie monsters. In the past 50 years, Mr. Gogos has created haunting portraits of such classic Universal creatures as The Creature from the Black Lagoon, Dracula, The Mummy, Frankenstein's monster and The Phantom of the Opera. With this limited-edition work commissioned by Universal for The Wolfman, Mr. Gogos helps Universal bring the myth of a cursed man back to its legendary origins."

I like the new poster. It brings back a sense of nostalgia that only the person responsible for creating the originals could bring to the table.

First we will see Joe Johnston's 'The Wolfman', and then 'Captain America'!!! Bring it on.

MULTI-AND THE FORMULA IS LETTING THE CREATOR ASSIST IN THE MAKING OF THE FILMS, THATS WHY THEYRE WHERE THEYRE AT, ITS BEEN THE RIGHT WAY TO DO IT ALL ALONG.

Del Toro is an Extreamly under rated actor, he is great in fact. I also like that he looks different then everyone else in the movie, making him stand out as an outcast. (just my opinion) I think this movie will be great and well rounded.

i hope universal does the remake to the creature from the black lagoon one of my all time favorites, and maybe steve altens the loch, the island of dr moreau sequel or remake,a underworld the begining story were the story talks about alexander corvinus, marcus, and william, and a resident evil remake like the first game. they could do the mansion with chris redfield and wesker, have the tyrant in the tube at the end,the plant 42,and the f#%ing bad @$$ hunters.

I did one of these in charcoal, but seeing a real artist's take on it just puts me to shame. Amazing. It reminds me of when people actually knew how to throw together a movie poster without the aid of modern technology. If you asked most people to design a movie poster using no digital means, they would be completely lost--and frankly I find that sad. But this is great.
