Disney XD is one step ahead of Marvel.com, revealing the fifth micro-episode of The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes animated series. This episodes centers the Mighty God of Thunder, THOR.

"The Mighty Thor is the only thing standing in the way of the villainous Wreckng Crew"

From the previous episode, I love that theres emotion in, as well as action! It's awesome that the appearance of the heroes & even the villains are exactly the way they are the comics; Something cartoon animation has over live-action films.

You can check out previous & upcoming mini-episodes that Marvel.com will unveil daily up to when Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes assembles October 20 on Disney XD, below.

LEEE777 - 9/26/2010, 10:08 AM
GEEZUZ how about the whole thing lol?

: P
StuckInPanels - 9/26/2010, 10:09 AM
Everything THOR does is Epic. I can't wait to see this series. Looks like it will be good and fun to watch. Much better than the 90s version
StuckInPanels - 9/26/2010, 10:10 AM
@Luffycapri...the wrecking crew are ridiculously strong and can endure a lot of pain.
claybo4131 - 9/26/2010, 10:24 AM
So in the comics Jane is a nurse, this she is a paramedic, and in the movie shes a scientist, hhmm

Doesnt look bad
comics56 - 9/26/2010, 10:28 AM
@claybo4131 - Maybe in his sow she will be a stripper. ]

Can´t see it in here! Why this stupid channel blocked my country?! Bitches!
NightAvenger - 9/26/2010, 10:34 AM
Man this cartoon is freaking EPIC! Finally an Avengers show with the REAL Avengers! Not that West Coast CRAP from the 90's!
The animation on this one is superb IMO!
Of course LEEE complains.... :)
@luffycapri-Thor is as strong as Superman. It's that an action sequence where the hero wins with no fight isn't that interesting.

This show better stay on a very LONG time!
Dynamo - 9/26/2010, 10:35 AM
I can't watch it DAMN IT!
DCMarvelFreshman - 9/26/2010, 10:47 AM
@Dynamo why not?
hbk82287 - 9/26/2010, 10:48 AM
I'm with ComicCritic on this one. The wrecking crew is by no means weak and have tussled with Thor numerous times.
JoshWilding - 9/26/2010, 10:58 AM
I'm still not sure about this series...these micro episodes are decent enough though. Good stuff DCMF!

Guys, check out my AVENGERS ACADEMY Fan Cast! Just click the link! :)
marvelfangirl - 9/26/2010, 11:00 AM
Ahh blocked in my country!! how annoying
Ranger14 - 9/26/2010, 11:01 AM
Lee@ That is the whole thing. That's why it is called a micro-episode. ;-)

Weak? Didn't really come across as weak to me.
SHAZAM171 - 9/26/2010, 11:05 AM
AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
luffycapri - 9/26/2010, 11:08 AM
ok i see
fanboiii - 9/26/2010, 11:24 AM
cheesey lines and thor's voice is ridiculous. don't know why there's so much jizz over this. just because it's thor? lol
StuckInPanels - 9/26/2010, 11:30 AM
I bet the big baddie for this first season will be either Ultron or Kang....ohhh I wonder if we will get to see Skrulls in this....and maybe other great cameos too.....I can't wait to see this series...sucks I can't get it on my TV so I will wait for it on Blu ray or DVD
number10 - 9/26/2010, 11:34 AM
F8CK you disney
StuckInPanels - 9/26/2010, 11:35 AM
@fanboiii....Thor is all about saying cheesy lines, he is a person who is out of time and says things that are odd to a regular person....give it time and a chance before you go under your bridge and complain
number10 - 9/26/2010, 11:35 AM
not allowed to watch it hear, nothing against thor
Hawksblueyes - 9/26/2010, 11:43 AM
Great stuff.

LMAO @ tea You're like I am on these. Someone asks what browser I'm using I say "whichever one is on dis hea puta I'm on." :)
NightAvenger - 9/26/2010, 11:51 AM
@SirPrize-I didn't see those but I did buy the Flash Cakes and Superman Twinkies! I saw the Batman cupcakes but they didn't look as good IMO.
StuckInPanels - 9/26/2010, 12:16 PM
@number10...what do you have against Disney?
ImaginaryFriend - 9/26/2010, 12:38 PM
@ComicCritic87 Actually they already revealed that the big baddie for this season is going to be Gravitron, which I found really random, he is a powerful villain and all but he is not near as iconic as Kang or Ultron. I actually only remember him from his fight against the Thunderbolts, I don't know where else he has appeared.
StuckInPanels - 9/26/2010, 12:46 PM
@Imaginary.....wow...thats....Obscure....Ultron and Kang are like 10x better villains for the Avengers to fight
prototype87 - 9/26/2010, 1:16 PM
StevilNYC - 9/26/2010, 1:39 PM
WOW this show just went from ordinary to extraordinary! lol
Hawksblueyes - 9/26/2010, 1:55 PM
ImaginaryFriend: Graviton first appeared way back in Avengers #158 & 159.
Hawksblueyes - 9/26/2010, 2:12 PM
tea: I love the way it ends. THOR, Iron Man, Wonderman and the Vision basically catch that huge land mass rolled up in a neat little ball. Then toss it in the water and brush their hands of the entire mess. Thats right, we bad asses! =D
Watcher - 9/26/2010, 2:17 PM
wow. They sure made Thor out to be weak. That sucks
ZurEnArrh - 9/26/2010, 2:25 PM
I love how the cops are obviously using real guns, but they make PEW PEW PEW sounds.

Wait, no, I don't love that. I hate it.
StuckInPanels - 9/26/2010, 2:29 PM
@Imaginary and Hawkeye....I just wiki'd the name of Graviton, they said he is the main villain for the first two episodes
StuckInPanels - 9/26/2010, 2:30 PM
@ZurEnArrg....GI Joe in the 80's did the same thing...they were real looking guns but they shot red and blue lasers...remember this is for kids....you can't count any of the Timm-verse shows because those weren't intended for children, but for adults
Ironbat95 - 9/26/2010, 2:53 PM
Well there are guns in the show. That already makes it better than all of the stuff from the 90s. Lol. I can't wait for this!
superotherside - 9/26/2010, 3:02 PM
wow! this show just got from awesome... to... what's the word... ahh i know epic!
ImaginaryFriend - 9/26/2010, 3:20 PM
@Hawks wow, that's waaay back.

@CC87 Still it's not like kids have never seeing a gun in their lives, they always use them in movies and video games, I think it's one of the must pointless types of censoring. I do enjoy the "pew pew" sound, tho.
ZurEnArrh - 9/26/2010, 3:29 PM
@ComicCritic
Batman: The Brave and the Bold has had scenes where characters are using real guns that make real gun sounds and shoot real bullets. The "it's a kids show" excuse means nothing.
Cyanide - 9/26/2010, 4:45 PM
@ grif:
lets work your list...

1) I haven't had any problems with watching. Maybe it's your connection? ;)
2) well...uhm...yeah. That's an argument. Uhm...no, it's not...
3) see 2)
4) if you'd read the comics, you'd know that the crowbar of the Wrecker is kinda special.
5) That's supposed to be a cartoon for kids. Ever watched those? ComicCritic has quite a point there.
6) if you'd read the comics, you'd know that Heimdall is not black.

So before complaining a little research might do the trick...
tripttwe - 9/26/2010, 4:57 PM
The guy with the ball and chain sounds like Michael J. White...
ZurEnArrh - 9/26/2010, 6:14 PM
@Cyanide
>ComicCritic has quite a point there.

No, he really doesn't.
Sephiroth - 9/26/2010, 7:11 PM
Nice! I'm really looking forward to watching this series
Niem8211 - 9/26/2010, 7:26 PM
Slow news day huh?
blackpantherfan - 9/26/2010, 9:42 PM
to whom it may concern: will there be guest apperances from other marvel hero's
OhGawDuhhh - 9/26/2010, 9:46 PM
This show is tight!! I like how it's half MCU and half comics. Lots of nice touches, too.

Notice that Tony Stark hangs a Jackson Pollack in the Stark Building? Remember he bought a Jackson Pollack in IRON MAN 1?
OhGawDuhhh - 9/26/2010, 9:47 PM
Also, can someone show me how to change my avatar picture for when I comment? Thank you so much!!
number10 - 9/27/2010, 1:36 AM
@comiccritic they wont allow me to view the thor vid in my area!
RorMachine - 9/27/2010, 5:45 AM
It was...

Cyanide - 9/27/2010, 10:51 AM
@ ZurEnArrh:
imho he does ;)
The episodes are usually being watched and rated. And it usually happens, that when people are hit by bullets from machineguns, they bleed pretty bad(unless the wear some form of protection or happen to be invincible of some sort ^^). So I really doubt that the censors would 'ok' that kinda stuff, where (cartoon-)characters will be blown to bits and pieces and bleeding all over the place...Cause that wouldn't really fit in a cartoon being watched by kids. It is more like, that when cartoon shootouts happen they use those 'real life weapons' on robots 'n stuff.
Look at the Spawn Television Show...Thats brutal enough, so it's rated appropriately, so they use normal guns...
Denn1s - 9/27/2010, 11:11 AM
wtf? heimdall had 4 fingers?
Sturmpionier - 9/27/2010, 1:30 PM
Am I the only one who expected to see Jake Olson when the camera panned over from the first paramedic?
