Tony Stark's Acura NSX Prototype Sports Car From THE AVENGERS Spotted On Display!

Ever since being photographed on the New York City set of this summer's most-anticipated film, Marvel's The Avengers, the open-top Acura NSX sports car, made just for the film's billionaire playboy 'Tony Stark,' has been in the automotive media spotlight. While it was said to be developed only for the movie, not being produced, the prototype was recently put on display via NY Acura Dealers. Check out photos of the displayed prototype below!

A very sexy car, I think its very cool that it was made FOR this movie. I am looking forward to this film with great intent and high expectations- I dont think ill be disappointed. Also, it doesnt hurt that Downey Jr. is something of a bad ass, just saying.

I like the Avengers car more. It's unique, made just for the movie, and it looks great.

Its alright I suppose, nice sports open-top 'n' all... but worthy of all this pre film press attention?, This is about the 3rd of fourth time this car has been (*gasp of disbelief*)'spotted' - in other words event leaked by Marvel PR people and featured in a reveal article. Its just a Honda car after all.

I wonder if they'll use it again or it'll be just pinned up in some museum in Indianapolis? Poor car. Maybe it needs a new owner. Someone who'd care for her and wash her everyday and wax her too. Some like, ah, me?
