The commencement of principal photography for Marvel Studios' Shane Black-directed Iron Man 3 is approaching, scheduled later this month primarily in Wilmington, North Carolina. And according to WECT News, details from the production crew's request to film at an on-location sight in the city has been revealed.
The news site reports that Iron Works Production's requested an application to shoot at the Cape Fear Club on Chestnut Street on Tuesday, May 29 from 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Not revealing much, the permit says that two members of the growing ensemble cast will be present in addition to twenty extras. They are requesting Chestnut street between Second and Third Streets be closed between 5:00 a.m. and 5 p.m.
