SimyJo - 7/31/2012, 8:59 AM
Almost Grif, thrashing the puny god Loki about like a ragdoll and the look on Loki's face afterwards was the highlight.

Same here man, definitely a scene that looks like a comic book panel on the last page leading up to the next issue.

LMB10 - 7/31/2012, 10:17 AM
BaneKill77 seems to be the troll here, not DoubleD.
LMB10 - 7/31/2012, 10:17 AM
Awesome clips.
BooYah - 7/31/2012, 10:24 AM
How is @BaneKill77 trolling? He didn't bring up Batman on this thread. Some of you are really clueless.

As for the Avengers Phase 1 pack. Since I only own one Marvel Studios movie (Thor) I'll most likely be getting this.
DioFoRio - 7/31/2012, 10:25 AM
oh.....the countdown has begun.....No more Nolan superhero flicks....where will all the the annoying little pricks go? Maybe start a CNM.com?
DioFoRio - 7/31/2012, 10:26 AM
I like 2 out of the three Nolan bats flicks...hate all the bullshit trollin on this site....not all of it...most of it
dahamma - 7/31/2012, 10:31 AM
@DoubleD forget the haters, Im with ya, this was the FREAKING CBM of the Year!!
BooYah - 7/31/2012, 10:40 AM
There are far worse things to be called than immature and a liar. Trust me. I don't think DoubleD was trolling either, all he did was share his opinion, but he wasn't getting ganged up on like @BaneKill. @BaneKill was just sharing his opinion too.
BooYah - 7/31/2012, 10:45 AM
@Intruder- Not mine either, do what you have to.
dezdigi - 7/31/2012, 10:47 AM
Makes me wish there were two separate threads-one for comments and one for arguments.

Ah! Loki! I was wondering what would smash first...your spirit, or your body!
Spidey91 - 7/31/2012, 11:02 AM
^^Nice!
Darkhaven - 7/31/2012, 11:02 AM
Epic clips are epic! I'll have the blu-ray right at the stroke of midnight.

@DoubleD: I'm as excited as you over the film dude, and I feel your enthusiasm, but if I may ask a favor? STOP mentioning and comparing other hero flicks to the Avengers, unless they're in the Avengers or MCU. Anything else just brings people into the thread that have nothing positive to say about the thread itself, only react to your posts.
LoganMjolnir - 7/31/2012, 11:30 AM
Common guys, tell me your [frick]ing age, this is insane...

Now i don't read comics, but when i used to read comicc, was all about Marvel, i have zero comics about DC but hundreds of Marvel.

Yes, i love Marvel, i loved the Avengers, i loved The Amazing Spiderman... but saying TDKR is not in the same league of The Avengers is gayness thing that only a fat virgin can say.

Yes, i'm not DC fan but i love The Dark Knight Trilogy... i find them better films than any Marvel has made.

Yes, TDKR has no "whalespaceships", has no aliens, has no several icons together, has no CGI here and there, has no... It's just different, i [frick]ing love Begins, TDK y TDKR, are not even in the same genere.

i'm 100% Marvel fan, and i'll never get tired of saying that TDK Trilogy is better than all Marvel movies, we have to agree with the reality /:

PD: also, i love the Avengers but i don't find it the best Marvel Movie, i like more X-Men: First Class, has a better story, and script and i loved the vintage style. Watchmen is other movie that i like more than The Avengers. Several icons together don't make automatically the best CMB, it is [frick]ing great, but don't judge by the fanatism.
Gmoney84 - 7/31/2012, 11:47 AM
^^Dude, get over it. TDKR...Avengers. Both good movies.
Gmoney84 - 7/31/2012, 11:47 AM
And IMO Avengers was the more enjoyable film. Both were good but we had never seen anything like The Avengers when it was released.
Darkhaven - 7/31/2012, 12:17 PM
@LoganMjolnir: You've pointed out the divide for yourself. The reason so many of us here like the Avengers over all others is its dedication to source when dealing with the main characters.

This is not a reactionary morality tale that happens to have a guy dressed as a superhero in it, and it's not a stilted tale of come-uppance for war criminals and a loose approximation of the Civil Rights movement with a hodge of mutants, just straight up Avengers. Story born from the Ultimates, characters ripped from the 616 comic pages, and displayed in their full glory.

No offense to you or others, but we're on a CBM site dedicated to CBMs, so what exactly do you imagine the primary and defining criteria on a site that loves comic lore would be? If you said anything other than "it's attention to the comics that spawned the film", I dare say you may want to crack open a comic again, you've been missing out.
