In addition to “Marvel's The Avengers” sequel on May 1, 2015, Marvel Studios will release a slate of films based on the Marvel characters including “Iron Man 3” on May 3, 2013; “Thor: The Dark World ” on November 8, 2013; “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” on April 4, 2014; and “Guardians of the Galaxy” on August 1, 2014; and “Ant-Man” on November 6, 2015!.

the second to last pic is just the sainsbury's/target(?) exclusive box-art with Spider-Man (and a few flames...) pasted over Hawkeye, a helmet photoshopped (kind of badly) over Robert Downey Jr's face, and a 2 added to the title. Very little work compared to the others.

scenes like this are cool-lookin' in the im movies, but it makes it seem like rdjr.'s head shrinks inside the helmet



and i don't think rdjr. is known for having a small head. quite the opposite, really :)

Spider-man is solo heroe and Wolverine is with X-men or solo. I never liked that those joined in The Avengers. And I really hope they don't do that in movies and I hope they never even make any cameos.

What are you guys talking about? Spider-Man has always been a great addition to the Avengers. Have you guys read New Avenger, he brings a great comedic relief to the team and have proved time after time he can hold his own. Avengers 2 would bring in so much money with Spider-Man as a a member.

Iron Maiden looks awesome. As for Spider-Man being in the Avengers I say hell no to that and Wolverine as well, I like them I just don't want to see them in it.

the Loki photo says it is manipulated - who knows how much, but I don't think Loki will die just yet. He's got too much potential for other story lines.

although spider-man joining the avengers in the next movie would be very cool, it is very unlikely. i am thinking that the 2 new avengers that will be introduced will be falcon and black panther with ant-man and wasp being introduced in the after credits scene which leads to the ant-man movie. also, there will be talk of "the ultron project" during the movie. there is a rumor that she-hulk will be introduced in the next hulk movie. but then again... i know nothing...

I'm hoping for Avengers 2 Tony goes back to the classic color scheme for his armor. And God willing make it the Bleeding Edge armor. It would be awesome on a thousand different levels. Also keep Mark Ruffalo as Hulk.

Also, if Whedon's adding two characters, it'll probably be Falcon and possibly Ant-Man. Hopefully, we'll get Black Panther in Phase 3.

@ script, i agree about black widow, useless. war machine won't happen and you can't add captain marvel without adding in all the kree and their bs. the kree will be introduced in the gaurdians movie.another good idea would be to have lou ferrigno reprise his role as hercules but for marvel this time. be fun to see him and thor fight.
