Hot Toys Announce IRON MAN 3 Collectible Figurines!

Releasing a promotional teaser image, Hot Toys have just announced they'll be producing a variety of their usual highly detailed collectible figurines inspired by Marvel's upcoming Iron Man 3 actioner!

With many comic book movies hitting theaters in the coming months, Hot Toys have kicked off New Year's Day 2013 with a new license acquisition announcement for Marvel's Shane Black-directed Iron Man 3 action thriller. Although not much of a surprise, the announcement via Facebook promises a variety of highly-detailed collectibles by the Hong Kong-based production house. Along with a coinciding promotional photo that seemingly teases the Mark 42 figurine, check it out below!

“Kicking start of the year, we are more than happy to announce to you one of your most expected Iron Man 3 license. A variety of Iron Man collectibles in different formats will be proudly presented soon. Stay tuned with us for more update in this wonderful season!”



UPDATE: In addition to Hot Toys, Kotobukiya will also release Iron Man 3 figurines:

Marvel Studios’ President Kevin Feige is producing & Jon Favreau, Louis D’Esposito, Stephen Broussard, Victoria Alonso, Alan Fine, Charles Newirth, Stan Lee & Dan Mintz are executive producers. The film hits May 3, 2013, & is distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.
