UPDATE: Andrew Garfield & Shailene Woodley Return To THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 Set

Sans his new Spidey duds, Andrew Garfield has returned to The Amazing Spider-Man 2 set alongside Shailene Woodley, as they share a scene involving Peter having car trouble. Check out pics & a vid!

Filming for director Marc Webb's latest chapter in the Spider-Man story, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, continued today in Brooklyn, New York, where both Andrew Garfield and Shailene Woodley returned to the set; the two filmed a scene together. In “The Amazing Spider-Man™ 2,” for Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield), life is busy – between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen (Emma Stone), high school graduation can’t come quickly enough. Peter hasn’t forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away – but that’s a promise he just can’t keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro (Jamie Foxx), emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past. The film is directed by Marc Webb from a screenplay by Alex Kurtzman & Roberto Orci & Jeff Pinkner, with a previous draft by James Vanderbilt, and based on the Marvel Comic Book by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. Avi Arad and Matt Tolmach are the producers. The latest chapter in the Spider-Man story is set for release in 3D on May 2, 2014.

Hair is perfect, it looks shorter than it was in the first. Seems if Peter got mature and less... Messy.

Hmmmm. I like it. I think this movie has the potential to be THE Spider-Man film.
1. We've got a costume that is PERFECT.
2. It's being filmed in New York.
3. We've got classic villains like Rhino and Electro.
4. The Spidey family couldn't be better now that we've got MJ, Harry, Gwen, Pete, Aunt May, Flash, and Black Cat on the screen.
I just hope I don't get disappointed again like with TASM. It wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't great either. Heck, there were a few parts of it that I'd actually call 'amazing'. In the end, It was just okay. And I am NOT okay with a Spider-Man movie being just okay..

I personally believe the first could have been better if it focused much more on the heroic spectacle..
Hopefully theres more heroism in this film if you guys know what I mean

I suspect MJ is more like her Ultimate counterpart. Pretty but not a classy prostitute pornstar supermodel looking girl.

Also Parker luck, the man has a car that doesn't work.

Also I don't think that's his mask in his pocket but some bag. But then again that bag may have been the mask to carry while filming. You see in the other set pics.

The only casting I question is Jamie Foxx for Electro... Mary Jane is well cast, Spider-man/Peter well cast, okay wait wait... Aunt May too... Sally Field... really? Martin Sheen awesome... and I don't know who Paul Giamatti will be, maybe the creating of the rhino will take place, but hell yeah Paul Giamatti!!!

Peter drives a car now??? MJ has a motorcycle?? I thought she said her role was only a "cameo" nothing big, I'm guessing we won't see the "Face it tiger you've just hit the jackpot" scene, Peter might meet MJ by accident as implied by this scene, I dunno but that's the feeling I get from seeing this :/
