PhantomPunch - 3/26/2013, 10:30 AM
looks ok
thewonderer - 3/26/2013, 10:31 AM
You have to admire Hugh's dedication to the role.

I would actually say he appreciates the Wolverine character more than any other actor does their superhero or villain.

Man, this is his 6TH PORTRAYAL of the character, and soon to be 7th with DOFP.

What a guy.

I think originality should be a class taught in everyone's curriculum in grade school
MrMartinMarvel - 3/26/2013, 10:35 AM
@thewonderer While I'm definitely not that big of a fan of his Wolverine portrayal, his dedication really is to be admired.
Nadj76 - 3/26/2013, 10:37 AM
So I want to see this film - but ready to be disappointed at the same time...damn.
Jollem - 3/26/2013, 10:40 AM
PsychoManiacJacky - 3/26/2013, 10:40 AM
Or he is just doing this cause he signed a deal with the Devil (Fox Studios).
I wouldn't be surprised if he sticks around longer, with all that money your making who wouldn't want to be in a role like that. I mean after telling your fans how great your film is going to be (X-Men Origins Wolverine etc) and the film turns out to be a piece of crap. Then suddenly realizing Fox wants to throw some more money in your face again and you fetch for it once more becoming their dog. It's how the system works. I wouldn't be too surprised if he just says go **** yourself to Fox like he did to Mag and Prof X in X-Men First Class.
Jollem - 3/26/2013, 10:42 AM
@MrMartinMarvel - i feel the same way about rdjr. and his portrayal of his specific version of tony stark
sephiroth211 - 3/26/2013, 10:44 AM
Lmfao, people get all warm when they see this dude half naked. Guess I'm old fashioned (also not homo). I would get so much more excited if this dude had clothes on...that looked sorta like this.

That's just me though.
PhantomPunch - 3/26/2013, 10:45 AM
ah... who am i kidding? This looks like shite
PsychoManiacJacky - 3/26/2013, 10:46 AM
Regarding the poster the marketing team should be fired, smells like photoshop spirit. Japan destroyed in background (GIMICK) , Wolverine in hero stance staring right at you (WOW) , Cheap looking logo complete with IN YOUR FACE 3D! (OMG) .

Why not a more elegant poster that actually regards the story...BECAUSE WE ALSO GOTTA SELL THIS MOVIE TO DUMB ACTION FANS KAMAZEEEEEE!
Jollem - 3/26/2013, 10:47 AM
wolverine doesn't wear a costume as much as he wears a costume. been this way for decades
PhantomPunch - 3/26/2013, 10:48 AM
@sephiroth211
so you'll get more excited to see wolverine in a bright yellow flamboyant costume and youre calling others gay....hmmm. Who's gay again?
sephiroth211 - 3/26/2013, 10:49 AM
I didn't call anyone gay. Where in my comment does it say that? Man, people be trippin'. I said I don't get excited seeing a half naked dude. Calm down.
Ocelot - 3/26/2013, 10:49 AM
@sephiroth211 come on man, that would look ridiculous on the big screen, especially the head gear
ATrueHero1987 - 3/26/2013, 10:50 AM
lmao, idk what is about today but it seems the comment sections go to shit really quick.smh
Jollem - 3/26/2013, 10:51 AM
all the kids love rdjr.'s topless scenes :)
BlackFlash - 3/26/2013, 10:51 AM
@sephiroth211 - Your not old fashioned your just complaining about the same thing that's been talked about since the first X-Men film, You would have thought by now that people would have got it, it's not gonna happen (Well probably not till Marvel get the movie rights back)
sephiroth211 - 3/26/2013, 10:51 AM
Don't let someone else's opinion piss you off guys.
PhantomPunch - 3/26/2013, 10:52 AM
@sephiroth211
but you get excited seeing him in bright yellow spandex gear. lol...youre not making sense
Jollem - 3/26/2013, 10:53 AM
sephiroth211 - 3/26/2013, 10:54 AM
I am making sense...I'm a comic book fan friend.
Ocelot - 3/26/2013, 10:55 AM
@sephiroth211 for you

sephiroth211 - 3/26/2013, 10:57 AM
Wow, talk about insecure folks. Yea, use a bad photoshop pic to prove your point. It really makes no difference. Your opinion has no affect on mine.
RPD - 3/26/2013, 10:58 AM
Wolverine is one of those characters I can easily buy not wearing a costume. Plus that blue and yellow always was ridiculous-looking on him. I don't blame them for not having him wear that shit...
Jollem - 3/26/2013, 11:00 AM
@sephiroth211 - well, when you start off by mocking people for liking something, what do you expect? use yer noggin' :)
IronWood - 3/26/2013, 11:00 AM
Bad photoshop? That's pretty spot on with what it would look like if he wore the classic suit.
sephiroth211 - 3/26/2013, 11:01 AM
Mocking people? Bunch of sensitive folk round here. Stop wearing your emotions on your sleeves.
jessepostal - 3/26/2013, 11:01 AM
He's gonna get the costume at the end of the movie, ill throw money on it.
MisterNiceGuy - 3/26/2013, 11:03 AM
Cool poster

Still wish they would recast Wolverine though. But that is not going to happen
Jollem - 3/26/2013, 11:04 AM
@sephiroth211 - i don't care what you say, personally. you were clearly mocking, tho. it's okay. it happens
RPD - 3/26/2013, 11:04 AM
@serphitoth We don't have sleeves. We're shirtless...
sephiroth211 - 3/26/2013, 11:06 AM
RPD, that was classic!!

@Jollem: I refuse to get into any fights. Go try with someone else.
PsyGuy - 3/26/2013, 11:06 AM
I dont think that photoshopped one looks great at all.

I wish we would get a black version with yellow accents.
Jollem - 3/26/2013, 11:06 AM
@sephiroth211 - i ain't fightin' ya
ATrueHero1987 - 3/26/2013, 11:06 AM
@jessepostal Aye, you get any new games lately? or an Xbox?lol
jimoakley666 - 3/26/2013, 11:08 AM
[frick]ing cool.
PsyGuy - 3/26/2013, 11:09 AM
Also calling people who don't want a costume gay is pretty awesome.

Just shows the type of audience they DON'T really care about pleasing, the ignorant one.
masterhater - 3/26/2013, 11:11 AM
Seriously when are we going to see him with his cowl!
