Marvel Studios’ “Iron Man 3” pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy’s hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man? Starring Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Guy Pearce, Rebecca Hall, Stephanie Szostak, James Badge Dale with Jon Favreau and Ben Kingsley, “Iron Man 3” is directed by Shane Black from a screenplay by Drew Pearce & Shane Black and is based on Marvel’s iconic Super Hero Iron Man, who first appeared on the pages of “Tales of Suspense” (#39) in 1963 and had his solo comic book debut with “The Invincible Iron Man” (#1) in May of 1968. “Iron Man 3” is presented by Marvel Studios in association with Paramount Pictures & DMG Entertainment. LordoftheThrones26 - 3/27/2013, 3:52 PM

BlackBolt33 - 3/27/2013, 3:53 PM

jimoakley666 - 3/27/2013, 3:54 PM

LordoftheThrones26 - 3/27/2013, 4:00 PM
All guardians rumors are now debunked! Tyank goodness! Post credits might be
1. Intro to Star-Lord but not meetingnwith Tony or him just landing on Eatth
2. Something to do with Masters of Evil, Id imagine Baron Zemo hiring Mandarin or Killian for a Mastets of Evil initiative
3. Ant-man
4. Thanos
5. Most likely an intro to Thor the Dark World maybe something to do with Malekith
AmazingFantasy - 3/27/2013, 4:03 PM

SimyJo - 3/27/2013, 4:13 PM
Nice suit! - but seriously.... Spidey's got a lot to answer for - EVERY SINGLE TEXTURE,EVERYWHERE, on a futuristic or superhero suit = Honeycomb hexagonal pattern!.

'Dems just da rulz!
MarkV - 3/27/2013, 4:14 PM
Ugh, so sweet! My new fave (since yesterday).
DanteSparda - 3/27/2013, 4:19 PM
So beautiful and so fragile... well perhaps not fragile.
AlibiBreakfast - 3/27/2013, 4:19 PM
This is the suit I was most looking forward to, but I preferred the name given to it's action figure counterpart, "Starboost." I was also hoping/expecting it would have the ability to be used for deep space exploration. Oh, well...it's still visually stunning. I really can't stop looking at it...
pointman - 3/27/2013, 4:20 PM
Wow! I am digging this one!
TheCaptain - 3/27/2013, 4:20 PM
THAT LOOKS AH MAZING.

CavEl - 3/27/2013, 4:22 PM
It's not even lunar, it's SUB-orbital

Wasn't the first suit sub-orbital?
ahhmynuts - 3/27/2013, 4:22 PM
that suit is just as nice as the heartbreaker. breaks my heart to say that
CavEl - 3/27/2013, 4:24 PM
I'm assuming sub-orbital means below orbital, right? Isn't that upper atmosphere?
BrownandYellowWolvie - 3/27/2013, 4:25 PM
@darktowegunslinger...

There are 42 armors, not 47. The gold armor is XLII not XLVII.

Also, we know armors 1-7 already.
AlibiBreakfast - 3/27/2013, 4:26 PM
From wikipedia: "A sub-orbital space flight is a spaceflight in which the spacecraft reaches space, but its trajectory intersects the atmosphere or surface of the gravitating body from which it was launched, so that it does not complete one orbital revolution. For example, the path of an object launched from Earth that reaches 100 km (62 mi) above sea level, and then falls back to Earth, is considered a sub-orbital spaceflight."
BrownandYellowWolvie - 3/27/2013, 4:26 PM
yeah i wonder why the name changing? the toy called it "Starboost".......wonder if they are making last minute changes for a reason........
thatiscrazy - 3/27/2013, 4:26 PM
@SimyJo agreed... to an extent. BUT a lot of re-entry materials on shuttles and what not are like that. so they can easily make a case.
DEATHbyEXILE - 3/27/2013, 4:28 PM
QuanZen - 3/27/2013, 4:30 PM
OMG grif said something positive :0
SimyJo - 3/27/2013, 4:34 PM
And Mandarin blows up ALL this shit?...

Maaaan, I'd be Stark-ravin mad!.
Isn't that just like your crazy ex-girlfriend sneaking into your flat and cutting up all your suits!.

*fumes*
comicle199 - 3/27/2013, 4:36 PM
how on earth does this debunk the tony flies into space end credits rumor.

can someone tell me the logical next step from a sub orbital suit, i will give you a clue a deep space suit besides its not much of a step up for tony stark is it as astronaughts already have spacesuits

plus we dont know what mark 40 is yet
Ocelot - 3/27/2013, 4:36 PM
guess this debunks that rumor about iron man flying into space at the end of the movie, a sub orbital suit isn't designed for that, just designed to fly in earth's upper atmosphere and just above earth I would guess
shiverman20 - 3/27/2013, 4:37 PM
looks cool but I'm getting the feeling of overkill with this film...
TheMadman - 3/27/2013, 4:37 PM
Yeah, no, sub-orbital and deep space are not the same thing. I think a deep space suit would be far-fetched anyways, because of the air supply needed - and unless there's some way that Tony can convert carbon dioxide back into breathable air, it just wouldn't work. And there's the matter of food. And water. Toiletries is not a problem, though, as evidenced in Iron Man 2. XD
DJRock93 - 3/27/2013, 4:39 PM
Suits like these make me further question how he went from hot rod to honey nut cheerios with the 42
SimyJo - 3/27/2013, 4:40 PM
Well the Avengers suit worked pretty well in space until it conked-out. The Gemini-suit might just be optimised for low/no-oxygen enviroment so.... might be the space-suit.
Manhunter - 3/27/2013, 4:40 PM
Does anyone else think this whole unmanned suit thing is kinda lame? Practically, I get that's it wise to have more then one. But the fact that he just seems to have a robot army makes him less special to me.
Jollem - 3/27/2013, 4:43 PM
@Gusto - i love ultimate frisbee, but i don't really care for getting raped

i'm so torn :)
SimyJo - 3/27/2013, 4:43 PM
@MrHulkSmashin;

O2 can be extracted from water.
Piss is 95% water.
The suits have filtration systems.
Tony just needs to drink a lot before going into space - then wee a bit.

Not sure about O2 from methane extraction otherwise I'd suggest a hearty beanz meal, maybe a curry.
RepulsorEngineer - 3/27/2013, 4:43 PM
SEXXXXYYYY!!!!!
ShibblastFromThePaztSon - 3/27/2013, 4:44 PM
Mew Two? heh...had to. shibzz
comicle199 - 3/27/2013, 4:44 PM
plus none of you seem to know what sub orbital flight means.
sub orbital flight has nothing to do with flying within the atmosphere, it is simply a very high velocity type of flight in which an object is fired from one point on earth and uses earths gravitational pull to slingshot itself to another place on earth. weather it uses the upper atmosphere or space as long as it slingshots its sub orbital
so it isnt technically a spacesuit
comicle199 - 3/27/2013, 4:45 PM
yes but the unmanned suits wont last long when we see that his nightmares start controlling suits and the brain implant becomes dangerous
