LoL, crap. Seems like someone already posted the concept art.

But yeah, it'll most likely be Steve just wearing his civilian clothing, going up against Winter Soldier. Plus, if you saw, Sam and Natasha were also wearing their civilian clothes, so this attack that Winter Soldier orchestrated may have been unexpected to the trio and didn't have time to suit up. Either that, or SHIELD called them in, letting them know that they're the only close ones near the attack by Winter Soldier. I could be wrong, though.

@jimoakley666 - Those red dots that you see on his arm are called 'markers', and what they do is that they mark the specific point(s) on his arm for the CG animators to do a type of CGI finish, or polish, to make it look more clean, crisp, and to add in details needed for Winter Soldier's arm. Hope that little info helps, dude. ;)

Probably Cap is out of costume here. It may be that this takes place right after he meets Falcon. Or he could just be in his civilian clothes.

Epic! Epic! Epic! Epic! Epic! Epic! Epic! Captain America: The Winter Soldier is going to be among the best in comics to film, I guarantee it. It's got everything to make a perfect Captain America movie. Let's just hope the Russo brothers lay off on the comedy and try to go for a more emotional, dramatic movie.

In that shot he's just wearing civvies consisting of a blue jacket, shirt and khakis. Very "Steve" stuff. His actually costume'll basically be the Captain Steve Rogers, Super Soldier suit with a new helmet and possibly with a bit of subdued midriff stripeage (per the concept art).
