We'll test cipher's theory...

Time for a Drink: Pisco Sour

Special equipment: cocktail shaker, strainer

Ingredients
serves 1, active time 2 minutes, total time 2 minutes

3 ounces pisco
1 ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup (see note)
1 fresh egg whiteice
1 dash Angostura or Amargo bitters

Procedures

Combine everything except bitters in a cocktail shaker and seal. Shake vigorously until egg white is foamy, about 10 seconds. Add ice to shaker and shake again very hard until well-chilled, about 10 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass; dash bitters atop the egg-white foam. For simple syrup: In a jar, combine 1 cup water with 1 cup superfine sugar. Seal jar and shake until sugar is completely dissolved. Keep remainder refrigerated.

@gusto, I have no idea. But, cipher says a drink recipe will keep the thread civil. I guess a dead thread qualifies as civil... Lol

Lmao @crusty douchenozzle. I may take this for my next username. [gets down on one knee] @Merc, can I have your blessing? [thinks to himself "I'll take it no matter WHAT he says. *maniacal laugh*]

@Yoss, thank you, Sir. I try...

@ciph, I do enjoy a frosty beer. Problem is, most bartenders here will tell you that the US gets watered down versions of foreign beers, so, I'm wary of 'em. Can you recommend a good one though?

@Yoss, of you can come across some Hennessy Pure White, it mixes famously with Cream Soda. The combo tastes like honey almost.
