After the cataclysmic events in New York with The Avengers, “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” finds Steve Rogers, aka Captain America, living quietly in Washington, D.C. and trying to adjust to the modern world. But when a S.H.I.E.L.D. colleague comes under attack, Steve becomes embroiled in a web of intrigue that threatens to put the world at risk. Joining forces with the Black Widow, Captain America struggles to expose the ever-widening conspiracy while fighting off professional assassins sent to silence him at every turn. When the full scope of the villainous plot is revealed, Captain America and the Black Widow enlist the help of a new ally, the Falcon. However, they soon find themselves up against an unexpected and formidable enemy — the Winter Soldier. Starring Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Cobie Smulders, Frank Grillo, Georges St-Pierre, Hayley Atwell, Toby Jones, Emily VanCamp and Maximiliano Hernández with Samuel L. Jackson and Robert Redford, “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” is directed by the team of Anthony & Joe Russo from a screenplay written by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely and is based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series, first published in 1941. Marvel Studios’ President Kevin Feige is producing the film. Executive producers on the project include Alan Fine, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Michael Grillo and Stan Lee. The creative production team on the film includes director of photography Trent Opaloch, production designer Peter Wenham, editors Jeffrey Ford, A.C.E. and Mary Jo Markey, A.C.E. and three time Oscar®-nominated costume designer Judianna Makovsky. “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” is set for release on April 4, 2014.

MrCBM56 - 2/2/2014, 11:48 AM
This movie looks EPIC and may be Marvel's best film to date. I can't wait for the Super Bowl spot.
TheCaptain - 2/2/2014, 11:48 AM
This movie genuinely looks FAR better than the Avengers. And that poster=new phone wallpaper.
DrDoom - 2/2/2014, 11:51 AM
I got a feeling this is going to be Marvel's best yet.

Bring it home, Cap!

GoldSlayer1 - 2/2/2014, 12:00 PM
Going to watch cause i wanna see more Scar Jo.

This seems like its gonna be better than Thor 2 and Iron Turd 3.
ekrolo2 - 2/2/2014, 12:03 PM
Who the [frick] is in charge of making Marvel Studios posters? Seriously, a vast majority of them suck.
Kurne - 2/2/2014, 12:09 PM
Ugh, Roger Wardell is spouting shit again, don't know what to believe...
Knightrider - 2/2/2014, 12:10 PM
Don't like ScarLo pose doesn't seem to fit no matter where they put it.

Hope this movie has the serious tone the trailers have shown so far. Yep, looks like some lightheartedness is in there, but please no jokes about naked people running around, little kid sidekicks, or any other bits of silly comedy.
DCMarvelFreshman - 2/2/2014, 12:13 PM
@Kurne Don't believe Roger Wardell. If anything that he has tweeted was legit, Marvel would notice, and they'd have his account deactivated. He's been at this for a while now and there's a reason sites are no longer picking up on his tweets.
jlabatman - 2/2/2014, 12:17 PM
I want this bike!
GoldSlayer1 - 2/2/2014, 12:18 PM
Knowing the motorcycle is a harley, it probably sounds like a tractor in the movie too, unless they changed its sound.
actionmoviefanatix - 2/2/2014, 12:20 PM
I don't ride motorcycles but if I did I would ride whatever Captain America is riding. He always has the coolest looking motorcycles.
theowl - 2/2/2014, 12:33 PM
This is The Avengers right? haha.. just kidding.
But yea.. no, I don't like.
GoldSlayer1 - 2/2/2014, 12:37 PM
@actionmoviefanatix
in the riding world, Harleys are viewed as expensive, unnecessarily loud and obnoxious.
they're also very known to be out-dated in terms of technology, and have reliability issues.

Most harleys tend to be much more expensive than their honda counterparts.
So its like paying more for less quality, so that you have the namebrand.

Im not judging it, but thats seems to be the point of view from most riders that dont ride harleys.
Bodwulf - 2/2/2014, 12:43 PM
Always in style.
santoanderson - 2/2/2014, 1:20 PM
They've really got to start using a different pose for Scarlett. It worked really well for that first poster, because that composition made it look like she was sky-diving, but in these latest posters she's walking... and people don't walk like that.
TheCaptain - 2/2/2014, 1:31 PM
Yeah Scarlett's pose is stupid in a group poster. Individually it looks great though, but they shouldve not been so lazy and got a different pose of her.
TheGambitFreakIsBatmanOfCBM - 2/2/2014, 1:53 PM
Dammit! Their graphic Designer needed a spotter when putting the masked Cap's head on his maskless version body. It's too big.

Also, for a fan-artist, it pisses me off when they don't just release each individual character's photo separately, I mean, seriously?! Did you really have to put that motorcycle in a position where it is completely impossible to select him out of the photo? Jeez...
GUNSMITH - 2/2/2014, 1:55 PM
GOOD STEALTH SUPER SOLDIER SUIT...BUT THEY BETTER DO A GOOD JOB MAKING UPGRADES ON THE AVENGERS 2 SUIT
goldilocks - 2/2/2014, 2:00 PM
Just dissed the Falcon. smh. I hope he doesn't get the Iron Patriot treatment in the movie. #whyyallgottodoabrothasobad?
TheRealRemyLebeau - 2/2/2014, 2:19 PM
Good work DCMF. Always reliable.
13Deadpool13 - 2/3/2014, 1:32 PM
damn, I'm still in love with this new helmet. PERFECT!
