Captain America has a scene in Stuttgart, Germany, with extras getting drunk outside a theatre playing "Wagner's Ring Cycle" before Loki shows up.

Cap replies 'Men who want to rule the world end up getting just 6 feet of it'. Loki then whoops Cap's ass but Iron Man shows up just in time to capture him and take him back to the SHIELD helicarrier... Which is just what he wants.
