Marvel Studios presents in association with Paramount Pictures “Marvel’s The Avengers”--the super hero team up of a lifetime, featuring iconic Marvel super heroes Iron Man, the Incredible Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye and Black Widow. When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury, Director of the international peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. Spanning the globe, a daring recruitment effort begins.




The Avengers stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Tom Hiddleston, Stellan Skarsgård , Samuel L. Jackson and will be released in the US on May 4, 2012 and in the UK on April 26, 2012.

For me, only Hulk and Ironman are interesting in this, if only Spiederman was in it, then it would be really amazing, but gotta live with that. But Hulk all the way!

The only bad thing about this movie is the alien army. They're just there to get beaten up and thats too lame, but other than that, everything looks like it should be.

I hate how the tv spots put different dialogues together and make it seem like thats how it is, lol.

@Irishavenger, you're right. It's completely Bull.

I had my doubts but now I'm sold on the film. These movies are like being addicted to a drug. The closer you get to taking that hit the more antsy and impatient you get. I can only imagine how the last week and few days leading the TDKR will be. This is going to probably be the greatest movie summer we have in a long time. Hands down the best movies summer of my life thus far.

This is doper than all the clips, spots and trailers I've seen. It has that well rounded pace and kickass visuals.

"I think you should lead with that next time"-War Machine

Despite that rough dialog edit: "I thought I'M! volatile..." it's awesomely paced an executed.

This movie better ROCK! I already bought tickets for my Comicon group to go on opening night. Then got tickets for a different group of friends for the first Tuesday...then today I scored free passes to the Premiere for May 2nd. Siitting through it 3 times in under a week...as I said - it better be damn fantastic!
