New THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN Footage Revealed In German TV Spot

A brand new twenty second German television spot for Marc Webb's The Amazing Spider-Man has been released, featuring new snippets of footage. Check it out after the jump!

The Amazing Spider-Man is the story of Peter Parker (Garfield), an outcast high schooler who was abandoned by his parents as a boy, leaving him to be raised by his Uncle Ben (Sheen) and Aunt May (Field). Like most teenagers, Peter is trying to figure out who he is and how he got to be the person he is today. Peter is also finding his way with his first high school crush, Gwen Stacy (Stone), and together, they struggle with love, commitment, and secrets. As Peter discovers a mysterious briefcase that belonged to his father, he begins a quest to understand his parents' disappearance - leading him directly to Oscorp and the lab of Dr Curt Connors (Ifans), his father's former partner. As Spider-Man is set on a collision course with Connors' alter-ego, The Lizard, Peter will make life-altering choices to use his powers and shape his destiny to become a hero.


The Amazing Spider-Man stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Denis Leary, Rhys Ifans, Martin Sheen, and Sally Field; the film swings into theatres July 3rd.

Regardless of my petty issues with this movie, this looks like the best spiderman movie so far.

I don't understand how that suit isn't at least similar to the traditional suit. Non-traditional is like scarlet spider or something. It's red, it's blue, it has webbing, it's Spider-Man obviously.

why does everything have to be like the original stuff? I don't get it, the original suit is a 1960s stylings, nothing wrong with updating this stuff.

movie is looking great! why didn't they go with the iconic interpretations, I'll never know. who cares that this is a reboot FOX, I don't. hope the story makes up for this overlook?)

I think they went without the snout because he talks, if he didn't talk I think they would have gone with the snout. I wanted it at first but it's grown on me. Movie looks great in my eyes

Not watching anymore or it is pointless to see the actual film. One can pretty much piece-meal the whole film with all the varied footage and scenes they have shown. They have gone a little extreme compared to some of the other major films this summer. In my opinion anyway.
