Total Recall is an action thriller about reality and memory, inspired anew by the famous short story "We Can Remember It For You Wholesale" by Philip K. Dick. Welcome to Rekall, the company that can turn your dreams into real memories. For a factory worker named Douglas Quaid (Colin Farrell), even though he's got a beautiful wife (Kate Beckinsale) whom he loves, the mind-trip sounds like the perfect vacation from his frustrating life - real memories of life as a super-spy might be just what he needs. But when the procedure goes horribly wrong, Quaid becomes a hunted man. Finding himself on the run from the police – controlled by Chancellor Cohaagen (Bryan Cranston) – there is no one Quaid can trust, except possibly a rebel fighter (Jessica Biel) working for the head of the underground resistance (Bill Nighy). The line between fantasy and reality gets blurred and the fate of his world hangs in the balance as Quaid discovers his true identity, his true love, and his true fate. The film is directed by Len Wiseman. The screenplay is by Kurt Wimmer and Mark Bomback and the screen story is by Ronald Shusett & Dan O'Bannon and Jon Povill. The producers are Neal H. Moritz and Toby Jaffe.

Total Recall opens on August 3rd; the film stars Colin Farrell, Kate Beckinsale, Jessica Biel, John Cho, Bill Nighy, and Bryan Cranston.

Bryan Cranston is awesome in Breaking Bad. He's the only reason I watch that show.

I know I can't stand Jesse all to well, but it is interesting how Jesse and Walt can fight so much and still look to each other for help...

Bryan Cranston is freaking incredible.

"You clearly don't know who you're talking to, so let me clue you in: I am not in danger, Skyler. I AM THE DANGER. A guy opens his door and gets shot, and you think that of me? No! I AM THE ONE WHO KNOCKS!"

Gave me chills. If your not watching Breaking Bad, your life is meaningless lol

@Wesley Hell no, Aaron Paul and the writing are phenomenal. Lets not forget Mike OR GUS, holy shit intimidating

Aaron Paul is okay in it...his performance however is growing on me, but as I was saying, Cranston makes the show. Without him the show is nothing IMO.

He legitimately looks terrified. Aaron Paul is fantastic and won an emmy for his performance

Bryan Cranston for the win!
Breaking Bad is my favorite show of all time?
YOUNGBL00D - 7/17/2012, 4:35 PM
of all time! Stupid typos

@WeasleyGibson. Ummmm wrong. Without the writers the show is nothing without their fantastic material and directing.

thewonderer-"He legitimately looks terrified. Aaron Paul is fantastic and won an emmy for his performance"

I've seen it. Aaron Paul and his performance as Jesse is okay in my opinion. If Cranston wasn't in it, then I simply wouldn't watch it.

PreparationH

I'm not sure if you read my comment right but I said IMO, which means In My Opinion.

Whatwhat - 7/17/2012, 4:50 PM
@Wesley, fully agreed. I know Paul won an Emmy too but he's a bit too trembly and scenery-chewy for me, which I suppose award shows like.

I wouldn't be watching Breaking Bad without Cranston either. I was floored by him in the first season, his every look meant something, and while I know people love Breaking Bad's writing, to me it has gone off the deep end quite a few times. Not to mention that I just can't muster any interest in anyone but Walt. I just don't care enough.
PreparationH - 7/17/2012, 4:50 PM
@wesleyGibson well good for you & your bryan cranston fetish
Reverend - 7/17/2012, 4:54 PM
I think he'd make a great Villain in the MCU. Dr. DooM, Norman Osborne, Baron Zemo...an A-Lister of some kind. He's amazing.
WesleyGibson - 7/17/2012, 5:02 PM
PreparationH

A fetish would be more obsessive than simply thinking that an actor carries the show.

Whatwhat

Finally someone who sees that all that I was saying was simply my opinion. I do agree however about the writing and all, and Jesse is essential to the show, but I only really care about Walt's character and I also Hank's. Atleast, I did Hank's when he was almost killed by those two brothers.
