Smallville Season 9 will premiere on Friday the September 25th on CW Network.

The CW Network has released the official (spoiler-filled) description of the 2nd episode of Season 9. It's titled "Metallo." The episode is scheduled to air on Friday on October 2nd.

After being struck by a truck, John Corben (Brian Austin Green) wakes up alone in an abandoned apartment as a man-machine with a Kryptonite heart. Corben realizes he now has superhuman strength and sets out to exact revenge on the Red-Blue Blur, who he perceives to be an irresponsible vigilante. Against Clark's (Tom Welling) wishes, Lois Lane(Erica Durance) involves herself in the Red-Blue Blur's investigation, and winds up getting kidnapped by Corben (Yeah, you would think she'd learn).

	Ugh...its cool that we have a costume (kind of) but he really does look like a poor man's Neo from The Matrix! To be fair though, the Metallo "costume" loks pretty well done! 	I said MARTIX lol, I would've liked it better if they saved the S for his SUPES suit, at the very last minute of the very last episode, oh well, its the DC cameos that does it for me!!! 	I'll say this one more time. DC won't allow the useage of the suit and cape, while there is a SUperman film in ANY STAGE OF PRODUCTION. Even if tehy are lookign for a script, like they have been for the past year or two. This isn't as bad as the Bat-Embargo. Which means if there is a Batman show or movie in development, then the character, and his villains are unable to be used in any other show or film. That is why when Justice League Unlimited was on, the only Batman characters on it was Batman himself. That was because that crappy show 'The Batman' was on the air at the same time.
