The Amazing Spider-Man for iOS and Android is expected to release around the same timeline as the console version (June 26th) and the movie release date.
This video doesn't actually show off much combat or a mission but it does show you what the scale of the city is like (and this isn't all of it) as well as a glimpse at an Oscorp blimp in the sky. Blimps in the sky is a real nice addition to this game. If you can't wait, I recommend picking up Iron Man 2 for Android/iOS as a sneak preview of what you can get from this as well as Ultimate Spider-Man: Total Mayhem.
