CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER Cleveland Report: Fury's SUV Gets Smashed

Day 2's morning report from the Downtown Cleveland location production of Captain America: The Winter Soldier started off with a BANG! Literally. Click to read more after the jump...

Day 2 of filming in Cleveland for Captain America: The Winter Soldier has begun!

This morning, crews set up the same scene that was witnessed on Monday with Nick Fury's black SUV being surrounded and blocked off by Washington D.C. police cars. But today the actual impact from a D.C. cop car to the back of Fury's SUV was filmed at full speed.

Fury's vehicle was hit hard in it's back bumper, by one of D.C.'s finest, causing the rear door hatch to pop open. (As seen in the photos provided.)

Hopefully, there is more to come today but afternoon thunderstorms are predicted and the winds are definitely kicking up in Downtown Cleveland. If rain comes rolling in, I have been told that the production will move inside for interior filming. Right now no one has provided me with information as to where those interiors locations are it. Still digging for that info though.

Stay tuned as The Daily SuperHero is your on location source for the Captain America 2 filming in Cleveland.

When will we actually get a shot with Captain America with his shield in action?

Tired of seeing everything but Captain America in Captain America: Winter Soldier.

The first captain America was boring as hell, I'm hoping this one is better but I doubt it.

So Fury's the one who was getting gunned down in the set video from yesterday. Looks like he's in some trouble.

Loved, The First Avenger. Best solo movie of Phase One leading into Avengers. I have a feeling, The Winter Solider will do the same leading into Avengers 2.
