As long as Marvel stays around, they will get back all their properties. Superhero movies won't be as popular as they are right now forever. Whether thats 10 years from now, 50 years, 100 years, whatever. Most people will get over exposed to superhero movies and they will lose popularity. And thats when rights will start reverting back to Marvel. Then they can plan a revival with all their characters.
