It pains me to say it, but IM 3 didn't live up to my expectations. Tony better in the first one, where he had a reality check in the cave. As for the new movie, calling a kid who's dad abandoned him a p$@sy for no reason isn't funny. It just made him sound like a douche. Tony's sarcasm and wit too often come off as obnoxious. The sequels don't have the same heart as the original.

Seriously - you guys whose sole purpose on here is to bash movies - whether Marvel or DC - get a friggin' life. IM3 had its flaws, I'm sure just like MOS. Avengers had its flaws and so did TDKR. So, maybe you guys should try making a perfect movie sometime so the rest of us can pick it apart. Idiots.

I've noticed only the densest of idiots hate IM3 and it all seems to revolve around the Mandarin twist. If that's seriously enough to make the movie "terrible" to you, then you're a rere. Period.

Not really we can list all the things that were terrible with IM3 besides the Mandarin twist if you like.

Also I noticed they did not have a Mandarin Action Figure because he does not exist.

And not nonsense like Shane Black's supposed parallel of Tony's house crashing into the water like it did on Lethal Weapon. I mean, how does anyone with a brain think that's a valid complaint/issue and not a nitpick?

Ummmm actually I never thought of the parallel of Tony's house crashing to Lethal Weapon. I was thinking more on the line of the plot holes etc... And yes Mandarin was the icing on the cake, no not the drugged up actor Mandarin but the real Mandarin Killian.

Bottom line they tried to avoid any Racial asian issues with the Mandarin so they went a different route that they figured would work in this time and age. It worked for many but not for some. And like I said....it worked for many...at least a billion or so.

@ Remy IM3 was garbage and will continue to be garbage in my eyes. Like in said in a previous comment if you can read correctly that the only thing we can agree is that RDJ is a stud!!!!!! The only IM movie that is great and is in my top five is IM 1.

For me, this movie was like a dish that pleased my taste buds, but not my stomach.

However, I did view it a second time to see weather or not a 2nd viewing would soften my feelings toward the film. In some ways, it did, but in other ways, it did the opposite.

I don' t regret seeing it twice, but I don't plan on buying it.
