I'm definitely gonna keep up with this show, but I hate that they're killing Sophia off so damn early.

I hate to say it, but this story arc could have been done in 3-4 episodes. The fact that half of season 2 was spent on this little girl and the farm is crazy. These writers are terrible. Think of everything they jammed into season 1 in the same amount of episodes, we are being totally screwed on this show, they wont reach the damn prison at this rate till the middle of season 3!!

this half has been rubbish,and after all that shes a zombie anyway,and sounds like shane has done dale in at the swamp for knowing what happened...oh btw how does he know what happened :S

I bet because they know this season has more episodes they thought they can drag and develop the characters and story more ,where as the 1st season they put development in the story and the characters and actually moved to different locations in just 7 episodes,and there were more zombie killings too,hope the next half will be better

this season has been moving at a dragonball pace; i'm way over this show. How do you screw up a zombie tv show? Here's how: take out all the zombies and strand everyone on a quiet farm in the countryside, where they talk.

That picture could of course be from a Dream sequence, I wouldn't be surprised if her mom dreams that she's a zombie and is in the barn.

A screencap of zombie Sophia, along with full scene-by-scene spoilers of Episodes 6 and 7 were leaked Thursday morning on /b/. It was from a FXUK employee who just got fired. I reposted it on /tv/ and kept the thread alive for 4 days. That's when it started spreading.

Confirmed legit when Episode 6 aired last Sunday. I wrote a bot yesterday to spread it around even more (Check YouTube!). It's been hella fun. :)

Yeah, it's definitely her. AMC seems to have a mole in their marketing department...there was a spoiler image for Breaking Bad that everyone thought was fake and turned out to be real...same situation here. It's Sophia, she's got the same shirt, same looks and we already know the comics are loosely followed...so those events won't directly influence the show. Sophia's a walker...

Interesting that they kill Sophia off, and she is still alive in the comics. But these littles changes are fine by me. Sophia never did anything important anyways...

I suppose this is the show's way of teaching Rick (and the audience) a lesson: that there are no happy endings and anything goes when the world is overrun with zombies. Kudos to the writers for daring to go there, despite setting up a possible rescue for 6 episodes.

That said, I predict that the viewership will drop off after this. People can only handle so much cruelty -- it's thrilling when it involves adults. Not so much when it involves kids.

There's a reason kids and dogs usually survive in disaster movies.

Kirkman has stated he is enjoying rewriting his story, so I can see why he did this. She was not integral to the book really anyway.
