Also I doubt this is Lex Luthor. I've wanted Lex in MOS from day 1 when this movie was first announced. I fought against the haters on here for the past 3 years about Lex. But after everything I've seen of this movie it really doesn't seem like Lex will appear. But hey, you never know right.

I highly doubt it is Lex Luthor. But good find nonetheless @Khan

I do hope Lex appears in this movie. And I'm not talkin about his shadow or the back of his head like many here have suggested in the past. I want to see the REAL Lex Luthor, the cold, ego-driven owner of LexCorp.

Lex might be in this movie. I do remember when Goyer stated that it hasn't been confirmed that Lex ISN'T in the movie. And when Snyder was asked about Lex in the movie, he just laughed while saying "I can't answer that"

Lex might be in the movie. He'll have some big reveal scene, possibly in the 3rd act. That's what a lot of the movies are doing nowadays.

Lex will create the kryptonite after the events of MOS and it will appear in the sequel. Otherwise, he is no match for Superman, not even ironmans suit could protect his ass.

I highly doubt thats Lex, why would he be at the Daily Planet when he's going to clearly be a CEO in this version (LexCorp is freaking shown in the trailer). If we see him it will be at LexCorp to which he'd probably go into some kind of bunker once Zod and crew start attacking, he wont be with the rest of the civilians, he sees himself to be above them ;)
