I would "lol" if this is the actual script.

And again, I'd give you my left testicle if you're right.

Bro... second time you offered me that prize...

I swear to GAWD i'm good man.

A lot of what they've been filming doesn't seem to fit with the script, so pretty sure it's fake.
TheDudeRusty - 8/10/2014, 3:00 PM
Im not motivated to read a fake script
Nubase - 8/10/2014, 3:03 PM
for a fake script this is very good but anyone can come up with the story, its just having the time to write the script which is not easy to do
JFerguson - 8/10/2014, 3:04 PM
The script was somewhat believable, though.
...It's as horrendous as everything else that Goyer writes.

So props, I guess.

It's all a conspiracy! :P But seriously, the only way to know if a movie is shit is if you watch it. Even reading the script of an awesome movie could appear weird or stupid compared to what you get from the perspective of the director.
ManWithNoName - 8/10/2014, 3:06 PM
I thought that this was available weeks ago
Kong - 8/10/2014, 3:12 PM
Already read. Hope it's not real.

This came out a long time ago, and this guy has already provided enough evidence showing it's fake. I don't get why people are still saying it's the real script, but okay...
RexDartEskimoSpy - 8/10/2014, 3:24 PM
I read it a few weeks ago, and aside from a lot of typoes I wouldn't be surprised at all if the final movie isn't that different.

I hope it is fake, though, cuz it's trite and predictable. (Which makes it feel more genuine, knowing Goyer's involvement.)
Klone - 8/10/2014, 3:28 PM
I only really read the prologue and the "Elvis" exchange.
Klone - 8/10/2014, 3:29 PM
SonofArrogance is really a Skrull who also uses Goyer as a disguise. Their plan is to create confusion with fake scripts that many people think are real that will keep getting worse to create a uprising again Hollywood!!
BlackIceJoe - 8/10/2014, 3:35 PM
Seeing as everyone is talking about fake scripts. Lets post other Fake JL scripts.

But on a more serious note, it would be interesting if this turned out to be the real thing. Thankfully it won't though.
MrBlackjack - 8/10/2014, 3:50 PM
People who say this is as bad as Goyer's work are exaggerating. Goyer's work can definitely stink, but it's not this bad. Goyer has a good grasp on setting up stories and acts, but can struggle with dialogue. This is just lackluster all over the place. It's good for a fan script, but is definitely not "the real stuff" material.

probably Goyers Scripts before Chris Terrio came in..

Just wish MAN OF STEEL was a perfect movie like WATCHMEN...

Hopefully this movie will be awesome, just wish Bales Batman was in it.

This script was great... obviously some grammatical errors and the dialogue occasionally gets cheesy... but all in all i would love to see this movie... love all the DC references and characters... to me these films should be loaded with those easter eggs... People always say "well no one will get all those easter eggs" and its like okay... so the alternative is to put in a random character no one knows... and its like why... some people would recognize the easter egg and it would make it even better for them and the people who don't it will be the exact same for if they had just a random character in there... but most importantly this reads like a justice league prequel... i was apprehensive about killing superman but the way they do it in this and how it relates to the story it works perfectly and lets not forget comic book characters come back to life all the time so i'm sure he would come back for justice league...
i loved batman in this script... you can really tell in the script that he was trying to get away from christian bales interpretation ..... which i think is great ... i loved the nolan movies but i wouldn't consider that batman... that was nolans different version of batman who for some reason is confused all the time... This batman was much different and more on top of the game than bales batman... i'm excited for affleck
