He's 1,000,000,000 times better than Maguire appearance wise. His acting is awesome too so hopefully we'll end up with a truly awesome movie.

i really liked maguires spider man, he had the feel of parker... but this guy LOOKS like parker. i hope he can pull out the personality. not to mention he really has the scrawny body that spidey really requires

He really looks like Peter from the old 60's comics. Looks like a good cast. I for one am optimistic about Amazing Spider-Man. I even dig the suit!

Well, still flowin' strong with the production, I see. He definitely has the nerd aspect locked down. I think they shoulda changed the glasses to be a bit more fashionable, but its cool; no complaining. (^.^)

How can people say he doesn't look like Peter?
He looks exactly like Peter Parker. He looks like Mcfarlane's Parker and current Parker, and also somewhat like the original Peter Parker drawings. Also if you're complaining about the hair, notice how it looks just like his hair in the comics.
