Marvel's The Avengers is now a runaway train and it will be interesting to see when will the film hit $1 billion mark at the global box office. This past weekend the Joss Whedon directed film crushed the domestic opening weekend record with amazing $207 million in just 3 days (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part2 held that record until now). Thanks to Exhibitor Relations, here are the official numbers:
